Dennis HU-Haul messed up my return location and caused me to go out of my way which then caused me to miss my flight home. I spent over 30mm on hold with your customer service and when someone actually picked up the phone and I informed them the problem they hung up on me.

Wade SWe experienced a tire blowout while driving cross country and were told it happened because our tires had been over inflated. We ended stranded on the side of the highway for 5 hours because of it.

Mark BI was extremely disappointed, I was told ( that also being after confirmed 2 days before pick up of truck ) that the truck was in dubois , pa on dubois ave. I got there to be told that was not the case . it was in hazen of no fault of them but who ever put it in system ( so two things I had asked for this location in dubois and was confirmed w that location) why did I have to drive 40 miles out of my way . which I was on a time crunch and barely made it to were I was going to for storage in Erie to to having to take extra time to get a truck that was told it was going to be close to me. I will not use uhaul again. afterwards was told this happens ridiculous

LANA BMake a smaller motorcycle trailer ? A little too heavy for small ford ranger i hauled it with ! But it did job ok . Local would be great . Should have rented it one way to limit draging trailer for so far empty ?? But rate was a lot higher one way .
John SThe location was VERY far away from the town that it was supposedly in. When I tried to get directions, I thought it was actually by the town, but I ended up driving 40 minutes to return. The lady was nice, but the location was very dirty and I got cigarette smoke blown in my face again while the trailer was being unhooked.

DEWAYNE Kcheck the air pressure in the tires so it's not flat when I load it. If your shop opens at 10 and you don't show up until 1015 to open up, don't reserve a 1000 pick up.
William GYour website has a feature that allows you to get directions to a facility. You directions were ridiculously far off and the Uhaul lady said that she has told you about it and yet you still have not fixed it. To elaborate more, I guess it took me to this sites mailing address which is about a half hour drive away from your facility. It was very inconvenient and in the end, cost me more mileage on the vehicle than it should have. My previous experiences with Uhaul were positive so I was very disappointed with this blatant lack of effort at correcting a problem.

WILLIAM WWhen I returned the trailer that I had rented, I was told that I had brought it to the wrong location according to what was in the computer, although my paperwork was correct. It took quite a while for the worker to complete my return. She said that her system showed no arrivals for that day. The computer kept telling her that I was at the wrong location and was going to charge me an additional amount. She was very helpful and courteous through the whole ordeal. I don't know if the error happened with the place I rented the trailer from or somewhere internally with U-Haul. It was very frustrating completing the rental.
