BP was great but it was a terrible system. You sent me first to the middle of no where, because the place I chose over a week ago didn't have a 20 foot truck. Then, I got to the new pick up place, and the keys were MIA, I had to jump on two separate calls, to ultimately be told that I would have to go to another place: BP. Did not have the equipment I was guaranteed, nor did they understand what an "appliance dolly" was. Very unorganized. Attendant had to call his manager multiple times. The 26' trucks alignment was AWFUL! All together a terrible experience! Will never rent from there again.CHRISTYNE W.
This location is a gas station, which is convenient, but they do not really do the returnsâ€¦i had to do the return via the app, which included the picture taking submissions. I was not pleased with this, as it takes a bit of time, and after a day of moving, the rental return should be less inconvenient. No designated parking or drop off area. No key drop, so i still needed to discuss the return with the attendants, even though they weren't really involved. I received a text from UHaul to return to this location even though i had selected a drop off spot closer to my destination. I was forced to choose a return destination over the phone when i first picked up the rental, over the phone, even though i had checked in via the internet reservation process. This was not a great one way rental experience.Thomas B.
Someone who knows how to drive a Uhaul working there. Someone who can prepare the truck for pickup. Someone that can read the order and see any extra equipment and insure it is there for use.JOSHUA D.
The check in process took almost 30 minutes. The staff had no idea what they were doing. Then I was handed a phone to speak with the manager. Mind you we are in the middle of a pandemic! I was offered a $10 gift certificate which is absolutely pointless.FAITH B.
The representative had no clue how to rent out the uhaul. My husband and I had to wait 40 minutes to even get the 26' rental truck. The representative completely messed up our contract which made things even worse for my husband and I. I recommend staff that knows how to rent out vehicles appropriately for starters.Jarrod H.

The online reservation knocked me into the wrong time slot. This caused me to not get the rental and forced me to anther store. This store rental the truck s engine had a problem and couldn't be used. After 3hrs of trying to get a vehicle to rent finally we had to go 50 miles away to get a rental. By paying by the mile caused my 80 mile trip to turn into 178 miles. And caused my bill to almost double. Not cool. Will look elsewhere for rental in the future.JEFFREY S.

The young lady working the counter seemed confused on what she should do aside from taking my rental keys. I didn't get any paperwork or reassurance that all was complete. Perhaps she could use some training because at one point she said â€œI'm not really sure what to do but you are OK just dropping keys with me.â€David M.
There was no drop box and the cashier had no idea what to do. She had to call her boss and then came out and said to just give her the key. I would rather have dropped it in a lock box! Please get a drop box at this location!!!Tracy C.
Turned in uhaul ontime, actually a day early. I received a bill for an extra $102.00 saying I turned it in 2 days late. This was the second time this has happened but at a different location. Very disappointed with uhaul over all. Feel like they are trying to rip people off. If I hadn't checked my account I would never have known.Nicole G.
Called many times day of pick up and they did not answer. When I showed up for pick up they were unaware that I was picking up and the attendant had no idea what to do to the point she had to call someone to walk her through the rental. Her and the person on the phone ignored most of my questions and the ones they answered were with short dismissing answers. When I returned the uhaul the gentleman wanted me to leave and him to check it out and send me an email receipt at a later time. I ended up being charged the exact amount of the pending charge which was completely based on estimated mileage. An in town rental with no mileage in the base price, rude unknowledgeable attendants....never again will I use this placeDUSTIN R.

The guy responsible to give the truck was not in the pick up location and had to talk to him over the phone which took an hour, not to mention that I was forced to handout my credit card information to someone over a not secured line over the phone, because it was my only choice. Was called and told the day before I picked up that my equipment was not available. Was given a bigger trailer and told it was at a different location. Go to pick up trailer and I was told that even though I gave my card information online when I reserved, it "didn't take" and I had to give him my card. Since it's a gas station and not a U-Haul location, I had to drive to the place I ORIGINALLY reserved from because I needed a light adaptor. Isn't there a guarantee for having the equipment I reserved at the location I reserved at?Larkspur N.

They had no idea what they were doing. Took 40 min to actually get truck and they took that time off our total rental time. Said I could return to another store and when we arrived to return at different store I was told that will be $200 more. Never rent from BP Kentmelissa W.
The customer service was terrible. Its a gas station and was given a truck much bigger than needed. It was also 17 miles further from where we were told to pick up the truck. Ordered and paid for a dolly, but none was given. Will not use uhaul again.David D.
We were told they didn't have the truck we reserved. The truck ended up being an hour late. I had to wait an additional 30 mins to get it rented because they take care of all the gas station customers before the Uhaul customers. The overall pickup experience was awful and stressed us out even more since we only had one day to move.Morgan M.

I was disappointed that the website allows you to reserve but then the day before I'm Told a location near me (within 10 minutes), doesn't have it so we are forced to drive 45 minutes in the opposite direction to pick this up, because now it's to late for us to make other arrangements. Then we arrive and the location is a dirty gas station, our pickup process took over 45 minutes. The additional travel time, the pickup process delayed us getting it loaded and on the road. I would not recommend using this location or at least if allowing a customer to reserve online be sure that it is available and convenient for the customer.Jennifer B.
