I so appreciated the warm smiles, friendly greetings/conversations and customer service provided to me by Heather and the Keep It Stored associates. I looked forward to going by to pay my monthly bill! Regarding the facility, I found it clean, convenient and safe - which was extremely important, as I was often alone when I visited the site. I would, without reservation, recommend Keep It Stored as a reliable storage location. Thank you, Heather, for your friendship and excellent customer service.

This is the first storage space ever utilized for us. We checked out a few, but wanted something close to our business. We lucked out!! The onsite manager (Heather) could not have been more helpful and kind. Every question was answered (sometimes multiple times)for us. And the monthly fee was more than reasonable. If you are looking for a storage unit, I would recommend this business hands down. Here you get more than you pay for and customer service is the best. As lousy as customer service is everywhere else, Keep It Stored SHINES!

I've stored my RV there each of the past 2 winters, and have been very pleased! The grounds are very well maintained and very secure. The staff is accessible and accommodating, and in particular the Pitts School site manager, Heather, is VERY customer friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend!

I have only good things to say about this facility and the staff here. It was always clean and felt very safe and secure. Any time I had a question or problem, it was handled very quickly and efficiently. I mainly dealt with Heather whenever I called, and she is wonderful to work with! She always came through for me, and was always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for a good safe place to store their belongings.

This was our 2nd time storing at Keep It Stored. So, obviously, we’d recommend. It’s very secure and well lit. Heather is easy to work with & incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!!

Although the staff is very friendly, unfortunately I had a bad experience. Last year, when checking on my storage unit, I noticed mouse droppings throughout my unit and it mostly covered my brand new loveseat. The loveseat was being stored because my furniture set would not fit into my new apartment. As a result of the droppings, I had to throw out my brand new love seat along with several other expensive pieces. The staff was very apologetic and explained that a customer decided to store bird seeds in a storage unit a few doors down from my storage unit. And of course this created a problem for many customers. The worker was very friendly, and apologetic. She vacuumed my unit and explained the customer who stored the bird seeds was asked to leave and his unit was cleaned out. However yesterday, when moving my things out of my storage unit, a noticed a few more droppings.

We had storage for over a year at this facility. We just moved out a week ago and everything we stored was in perfect condition. Just like we left it a year ago. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I’d recommend this facility to anyone needing storage. Excellent customer service!

Heather, the front manager at the Pitts School location, was awesome to deal with and made the entire process super easy. She was very helpful in getting me setup in a unit and also took care of anything that was needed. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Keep it Stored at Pitts School Road is a great facility. It was always clean and easily accessible, and I felt safe going there. Heather, in the office, was so helpful and courteous. I would definitely refer them to anyone in need of a storage facility.

Seriously, I had to leave another review. We just moved from the area and had to get a storage unit at a large chain. Dont think twice about storing your stuff at Keep it Stored, they spoiled us. Best, cleanest storage facility with very helpful staff.
