The back truck had debris. Was not swept out. The truck had a 1/2 tank full returned it w an almost full and no credit.

Our truck leaked! It rain during the weekend and the truck’s roof apparently has holes in it as water leaked in and ruined some of our possessions, notably so valued family heirlooms and some art. Still waiting to hear back from UHaul about filing a claim. The young man at the counter, Michael, was very good but thus far his supervisors seem well versed in the art of passing the buck.

Clifford LWhen I first arrived in location, I greeted the worker with a simple “Good Morning” it was not acknowledge she just looked at me and kept upon her business. After I return the vehicle, they hit me with the bill of $248.20 stating I driver 167 miles. I called to let them know I had only driven to Glendale to San Fernando and then back to their location. And they had also marked my gas level wrong. I took it in with less gas than stated, but still more than when I had picked it up. So I let them know there was some type of mixup Without looking into it, the attendance stated from Santa Clarita to Glendale was 60 miles I let them know from Santa Clarita to Disneyland would be about 60 miles, and only about 30 to Glendale. They put me on hold for several minutes and stated there was an error and it was only 71 miles I had driven they never apologize. They just said I would be reimbursed $113.00 so now I’m without $113 while they fix their mistake This was my first time renting a U-Haul at this location and will definitely be my last

francisco pGet the mileage recalibrated! I got charged for 20 miles over what I actually drove!!! 20 minimum! I drove my car the whole route today abd it was 28 miles, Uhaul charged me for 55!!! Something is clearly wrong with the truck...or Uhaul is scamming people. Either way, they do not care at all. Not to mention the manager(lol) told me she drives that route every day abd it's 15 miles one way...OK cool, I drove there and back. Should be 30 miles, not 55!!!! I cant believe how they treated me today when I brought it up. I hope everyone sees this, especially Uhaul Corporate!
Vincent DThe “after hours” return is ridiculously difficult! After forty-five minutes, finally I was able to complete the process. Something else should be possible for “after hours” returns. This experience is enough for me to STRONGLY consider NEVER using U-Haul again!

KIss SWas informed that I would be credited $21 if I brought truck back above starting fuel start. Was told on return that I would not get the credit when I can back with more than twice the starting fuel line.

sharon hThe only thing that I didn’t like was that they gave me the truck with 1/3 tank filled, I can’t just how much to fill it up and return it with more gas. Why can’t they just rent it with a full tank and have the customer bring it back full.

Steve CThe equipment we rented was in excellent condition. 26 ft truck. 2019 Ford F-650. 79,000 miles. We got a very good deal on the rental to move from a storage unit 100+ miles away to a new unit close to our current home. If you get the prompt "Are you flexible?" when making your on-line reservation you should you check this out. It worked for us. We had a little problem with the invoicing when the vehicle was returned, but customer service was able to smooth this out rapidly.
john BThe gentlemen that helped me was friendly and redeemed the experience I had at this location. My reservation was changed multiple times being pushed forward and pushed back. Glad it’s over with now.
Angela BThe vehicle was located behind a gate. This was not ideal when trying to do a mobile pickup. I ended up having to just go in to the office and ask them if they could retrieve the vehicle since it was behind the gate and I had no code or any way to get in.
