The vehicle has a lot of weathering (peeling paint, etc). The tire pressure light was on and the â€œservice tire pressure sensorâ€ message was displayed when I picked it up, but I was told â€œdon't worry, it always says that, you'll be fineâ€. Also, I was never informed my pickup location was changed, in fact never even got a confirmation text or email after I booked it online. That said the lady at the location was very kind and friendly.jOSH G.

I was not aware of the phone check in procedure. I did take photos for my records to make sure nothing was additionally charged. The tire pressure sensor was triggered and was on the whole time. Luckily I have delt with that issue in my personal truck and knew how to handle it. I wish there was a in town flat rate move that didn't charge $.79 per mile. I would have used the truck more.Jason B.

Inventory was very limited. Met my needs, but others may have to look elsewhere to find the vehicle or trailer they need. (& fully train your employees before leaving them alone and in-charge! She was apologetic and charming, and it worked out but...)DEBORAH T.

I turned my truck back at 3:55 pm and the place closed at 4. I was still charged an over hours fee and returned was registered at 4:15. No bueno. System is bad.Steven G.

This man was supposed to have a 15 foot truck AND A TRAILER. He sent me to another location AFTER I had been sent to him. He promised me the location he was sending me to was the â€œheadquarters of U-Haulâ€. I arrived to the Uhaul location he directed me to. GUESS WHAT -NO trailer available. The pick up was great but my location was moved after I had reserved a truck three weeks prior to my needed date which was very inconvenient. I did appreciate the additional mileage that was added to the contract to make up for the inconvenience.CHRISTOPHER C.

We drove to this location and there was NO drop box for the key for after hours drop off. We called uhaul and we're on hold for 45 minutes trying to get assistance on what to do. This is a very unsafe location.REBECCA K.
My reservation location changed the night before my appointment. And when I got to the location that uhaul sent me they didn't have a vehicle for me. I then had to drive 40 miles to the conyers location to get a truck.JORDAN H.
Truck was not cleaned. I assumed that they had cleaned it, then when I opened the back there were still items in the truck that needed to be removed. This truck is in terrible shape, it was not safe to drive, but it was the only one available.MARK W.
