I picked up the truck after hours which was planned. It was obvious that the truck had not been cleaned or sanitized due to spillage around the cup holders and on the floor of the vehicle. The windshield was dirty and covered with many bugs from it last trip but the cargo compartment was clean. Since I needed the truck I took it on home and wiped it down myself with Clorox wipes. Since I also dropped off the truck after hours I never had an opportunity to speak to the folks at the Katy Rd Self Storage. I usually get my Uhaul truck from the Uhaul store on Keller Pkwy and I have never had issues with them.Kevin C.

Automatic check-in not as simple as I expected...contacting secondary person or having lease document or Passport (most people don't carry those things). Why is all the info you gather including pictures of person and drivers license not good enough??Marty D.
We did not receive the Dolly that we ordered so it was extremely difficult moving! The inside was full of dog hair and a used dirty rubber glove.Angie R.
I clearly explained the guy on what I was planning to move and a 15 feet long truck would have been more than sufficient but the guy made me take a 20 foot truck for higher price despite there being a bunch of 15 footers he could have rented to me his response was everything was reserved or roof less than 3 hours for my move when I dropped off the truck I still saw at least three 15 foot trucks still sittingraj G.

Peyton was amazing. This location was not our intended location, but when they told us they didn't have room they sent us over to Katy Rd. That was only a couple miles so no big deal. But, it was Sunday and Katy Rd. wasn't even open yet. Luckily Peyton saw us drive up and came by to greet us and make sure our experience was amazing. For the 24/7 mobile approval it took me 30 minutes waiting after I already was confirmed to pick up a truck. I had people waiting on me and they sat for that 30 minutes. Finally the agent on duty had to override and get me on my way. UnacceptableChristopher R.

Worst moving day in the history of furniture, moving trucks, and residences. What a colossal cluster fuck. Couldn't get into the truck at the assigned location. The location I got in the truck didn't have 4 wheel furniture dollies, had to spend 45 minutes and 3 phone calls to Traffic and customer service, had to go to Home Depot and buy 2 furniture dollies since you scumfucks didn't have them. Had to call again today to get the $50 Reservation guarantee discount applied to my invoice. And when I went to the 2nd location no one told me they didn't have furniture dollies. So any savings was lost by the extra time and money I spent to go buy furniture dollies. I had a 2pm reservation, it was 4:30pm before I had a truck, and it was 7pm by the time I had furniture dollies and able to start moving. Do you understand why I'm still pissed off and y'all need to do more to make this situation right. Otherwise just go back to fucking people over in the pits of hell .Adam C.

the person that took my request, set me up with the wrong kind of truck, couldn't use it, i need another kind to do what i need, my last time using uhaul a waist of my funds just to pick up and drive to garlandlivingston J.
The initial pick up process was terrible. Our reservation was switched from a local to a one way move erroneously after a call for an inquiry. After attempting to call support, I was on hold for 25 minutes and ended up hanging up and pestering the employee of the armor storage Preston who was awesome and was able to solve our issue within minutes. The customer service we had besides Preston's was absolutely terrible. We tried to use the online assistance, but received no help at all and waited over 10 minutes for even a first chat response. I would definitely recommend armor storage and Preston to anybody, but I would never recommend the 24 hour pickup option due to the hassle and waste of time it caused in crunch time during my move. I am extremely dissapointed with my UHaul customer service, with the exception of Preston, who was the only reason we even got our truck and is a true champion of customer service.Roland F.
