sonnie bWasn't happy with extra day charge….I was told I would have 2 days from Monday am since I picked it up on a Sat at noon…business closed from noon Saturdays until 8 am Mondays….I was travelling on Monday and dropped it off on Tuesday at 9:30 am. Sales person stated computer down and would email me my receipt…wasn't really given chance to " argue" the point of time of pick up and drop off! Granted it was " only " $30 but it still left a " sour" taste in my mouth!
Robert S100% would recommend this location, the owner was helpful and checked in with me to see if I needed help. The connection there was great so drop off was very smooth and quick.

Bruce MI didn’t request a 5 hour move with a trailer and the guy who gave me the u haul reservation set it to that and charged me for 2 days an extra 30$ for no reason I cleaned the trailer spotless when I was done with it I was a happy customer to use Uhaul until now one bad experience and this will be my last wasnt even willing to help me out ridiculous customer service

WILLIAM BTruck had damage but after renting we seen on social media the owner of this location asuslted awomen.... we didn't finish our move but I COULD Not support this man whichnis sad cause his business is 2 mins from our new location. We paid for uhaul than for a private guy to use his truck.... Uhaul needs to NOT SUPPORT k&A and I deserve a refund

Chris MI reserved this trailer on 6 May 2022 for pick up 10 minutes away from my home on the 28th June. I got a message on the 26th of June stating that the closest trailer available was 1 hour and 15 minutes away. A 2.5 hour round trip just to pick up the trailer is totally unacceptable. If I reserved the trailer almost 2 months in advance, UHaul should be responsible to ensure the trailer was made available at the location I requested.

Darren WIt's cheaper to pay cash, however, I rented a 26ft truck and a small one which found I didn't need. I returned the truck the same day. Where I paid cash money was not immediate refundable and was told that I would have to wait 4-6 weeks to get my refund. I'm totally dissatisfied with this, I need the money to unload the truck and put in storage. (Approx 225.00) and to refill the truck to 1/2 full (approx $70.00) and since I paid cash for the trucks I'm short this money. Need it back now. Very unsatisfied with this part of the transaction, and not happy.

ALAN DI am disappointed with the previous renter of this van, as I can only assume it drove terribly for them as well.... it really was a horrible thing to drive and really needs to be looked st before it goes on the road again. As for everything else it was fine....
IAN ALocation itself was fine, and the dude working there was great. The Truck Share 24/7 online system/"contactless" rental, however, was completely ineffective. To improve things for the next customer, I would recommend that when it is necessary to modify part of an order (such as the vehicle selected) due to a lack of available trucks within range, it would be useful to also confirm that the other order specifications (such as pickup time) will also work with the modified location. No fault of K&A's, but pickup was much more of a hassle than had been anticipated.
CHARLES GWe picked up our truck with a full tank of gas, and we dropped our truck off with a full tank of gas, yet received a receipt with additional charges with a tank showing only 3/4 full??? The truck was dropped off before store hours. Never had this problem before. But I was not impressed with this at all!!

JOHN DAgent had allot of trouble doing contract even though I had completed on line. When finally done gave me keys & pointed out truck. When got to to truck & took "sign" out of windshield checked the km. & fuel listed on contract. Found the km.& fuel on truck was wrong, km was higher & fuel fuel was lower. Went back in to point out to agent & he said truck had been taken for new tires & they forgot to adjust the km & fuel but he would adjust when we returned. When returning he took 17 km off off but even though I had but gas in to level it was when I picked up he tried to charge $69.70 plus a re-fuel charge. When I pointed out the gas charge he said he made a mistake butting the charge on & had to call to find out how to remove charge. He did remove the extra gas charge & showed me the final bill on his screen. I said I didn't agree with total but he said it's only a little off but by this time I was tired & wanted to go so said fine complete the bill. I was never given a copy of final charges but I feel he never removed re-fuel charge,etc.. Have rented from other locations & companies but never had this many problems !!

DAVID MWhen a unit is reserved online, the unit should be ready with all packing accessories ordered on the reservation; rather than using up 30 to 45 minutes of my time waiting after paperwork was completed for the packing accessories.
KEVIN PI would highly suggest this place to anybody that needs a U-Haul. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

Melody HI was told that I could not bring it back early as there would be a $20 fee & that it takes 2 people to look it over & when I returned it, only 1 employee came out & never even looked anything over. I was also told that the app for returning it after hours, the average person could not use it or has trouble with it. When I questioned the cleanliness of the vehicle since nothing was checked, I was asked if I was worried about Covid 19 & I was told I should've brought my own wipes. Also, when I told him the truck was not checked over, he said he would have to do it himself & when I went out, the truck was already gone, obviously not checked over. Also, there was another customer picking a truck up & came inside with a block of ice that was in the inside door handle.

Luke FI cannot answer the questions about the drop off location. Due to Nova Scotia Covid 19 isolation requirements I was not allowed to return the truck myself. I was surprised to learn from my local additional driver that the U-Haul person wasn't aware of this and expected me to do the drop off.

ROBERT JDidn't know what trailers were available not familiar with they're inventory or system. Got the job done in the end, returning was much easier.
