The location where the rental finally showed up was great! .. however... when booking on line , I was switched twice..the first location didn't even have the vehicle I needed. So your system lets someone book a vehicle that isn't even available!DANIELJASON E.

I was told that after hours drop off require me to follow the online check in process of vehicle and that after check in is complete I would receive a code that I can punch in to unlock the key drop off box (because the key of the vehicle doesn't fit through the main box slot) . After following the instructions, uploading pictures of the odometer and vehicle condition and paying, I could not drop off the keys. I was on U haul customer service wait for an hour, I never received a code to unlock the drop off box. Hence, I have to drive over to My Sinai again (an hour's trip from Great Neck) to drop off key in person.Yashodhara C.

When I picked up the vehicle there was this overwhelming urine stench throughout the entire van. There was garbage stuffed between the window and dash. their was a used up in the passenger door. I had drive with the windows open to my residence. There is took me and hour and a half to clean the entire cab with Lysol and wet mop the interior floor to get the urine wet spots up. i left the windows cracked over night to air out and could not load the truck until the next morning which put me behind schedule. Overall experience was very poor.Eric F.

Originally had a reservation at Rhino Linings truck accessories. When I got there, they told me the truck was being repaired, and couldn't do anything to help me. I was never notified about this, and had my packing ready to go. Thankfully, Kah Turf, down the road had a van available. If they didn't, I would have been stranded. The experience at Rhino was horrible, but great at Kah Turf.Brian M.

It will be nice to place some air freshener in th Vans so they smell nice when you sit in them. I understand people transport different items in them which leave behind kind of unpleasant smell in the vehicle.ARAINM N.

The driver side door and passenger would not close fully...not sure if it was just me but I tried every which way and the light was still on and I could hear the wind coming through the driver side. Service was perfect and smooth at location. Very pleasant.Vanessa J.

Instructions for returning truck were a little unclear. The individual who helped me told me I could just drop off the key to the truck in the drop box when I returned the truck, but the return process was much more involved and I needed to perform several things through the uhaul website before dropping the key in the box.Thomas S.

The trucks steering wheel was completely sticky. Uhaul called me at the 11th hour and told me I had to drive 30 minutes out of the way to pick up this truck when I had requested to pick it up closer to my home. When on the phone with them, their customer service rep could care less that they had done this, and flat out denied looking for other trucks, locations, etc. the guy at this store was helpful, just disappointed with uhaul and the way they operate.James C.

Not a location issue, but the pricing and quoting process is REALLY overly cumbersome and innacurate. after the $1 this and the overage for insurance, all the extras and taxees and etc Then you sign up for $19.95 per day and .99 center per mile and do this math but the reservation changes to $115 with 100 miles free and then .79 cent per mile plus taxes and location fees or whatever and its basically NOTHING like what you thought - ON PURPOSE. Stop trying to cross sell and upsell me and just TELL ME what its gonna cost and then CHARGE THAT.Thomas L.
Pick-up was easy and the location was very convenient. The people were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the cargo van smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. Otherwise, it was very clean and well-maintained. Loved having the extra mirrors and backup camera. They were very helpful for using a vehicle so much bigger than I was used to.Mary H.
