Very old vehicle Breaks don’t work properly Makes loud noise when I cross 40 mph Disappointed with the vehicle

I picked up shortly after it was returned by another customer. The exterior was very dirty and interior was not terrible but not clean, the back had a coif small items in it. I needed the truck for my schedule so I worked with it. I understood the timing.

The owner I believe of the location helped me. It was very clean and organized inside and he was very helpful. Parking lot was tight but one of the technicians helped pull the truck out for me. Highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable was helpful I getting me into a truck within a few hours to get everything moved in timely manner despite only doing reservations alittle earlier thank you for your diligence in making the process easier

I had no problems checking out or checking in. Everything went smoothly. The truck was in good condition as far as no damage to the body, and it was clean. It was an older truck with 171,000 miles, and there was a little play in the steering. My overall experience was very good.

This was the worst experience I've ever had a UHAUL. I booked my reservation online. Easy. But when I got there it all went down hill. I did a mobile check in and all I had to do was collect the keys. I went in the shop and was informed that the person handling UHAUL wasn't there and I couldn't get the truck and needed to go somewhere else. I then informed them that I had already checked out the vehicle and he wouldn't let me have the keys. Waiting on other customers, telling me this is not his business. Even after calling Go UHaul, he still had problems giving me the keys. This took almost 1 1/2 after I mobile checked out the vehicle. He insisted on copying my license and knowing where I was going. I felt very discriminated against. Worst experience ever. Mechanical problems with the vehicle, I called them twice because truck keep dying. They put me on a terminal hold and never came back to the line. I've never had someone to tell me to go somewhere else.

The vehicle was extremely dirty and unsanitary in the cab and also in the cargo area. Worst uhaul experience because of the uncleanliness.

They charged for gas indicating that the gas was not full and I took pictures and it showed the gas was not where they said it was. I asked them to adjust the charges and they didn’t respond

I had to go to two locations to pick up the van and equipment. I was charge a cleaning fee for dirt already in the van. I moved boxes from a storage unit to my apartment. So no way the dirt was mine
