Ferndell NievesBe there! I specifically arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment - which was 1/2 hr BEFORE the time they posted being there to. The person who handles U-Haul had already LEFT EARLY for the day and the person attending the convenience store had no idea what to do. While the attendant was nice, he had trouble reaching the owner/Uhaul operator. He eventually returned to the store after I waited there for 45 min. They had my reservation information, the operator should have been there, arranged to have someone else process, or even CALL me to ask me to arrive early, which I would have gladly done. I have had poor experience with this location in the past. This location reflects poorly on UHAUL and they either need to be retrained, better staffed, or be suspended from Uhaul rentals.
RONALD LARSONI had a guaranteed reservation for a truck at 3090 Jupiter Blvd SE Palm Bay Florida on July 30 at 7:30pm However, when I arrived at the location, there was no U-Haul representative present, and I was told that they would arrive shortly. Unfortunately, I waited for over two hours, but no one showed up. I called U-Haul customer service to seek assistance, and the representative was initially helpful. They provided me with the truck number, but when I reached the truck, it was blocked in and inaccessible. To make matters worse, the call got disconnected, and I wasn't able to retrieve the truck or resolve the situation. This experience has caused me significant frustration and inconvenience. I had relied on the guaranteed reservation and made plans accordingly, only to be let down by the lack of U-Haul staff and the unavailability of the rented truck. I would like to request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate action to prevent such incidents in the future.
Omroy SimpsonThe customer service in this location is awful and the truck was dirty and the a/c didn’t work well. I will never be using this location for rentals again and I will tell everyone that I know to not use this one as well. I was not a priority I stood around forever waiting for the person to help me.

Rohan WhiteThe location was fine but this was the 3rd location I was sent to pick up a 15ft truck since Uhaul changed my original location for pick up 3 times. I was not happy about the whole experience with U-Haul at ALL. I ended up having to rent a 24ft truck because no 15ft trucks were available. I made my reservation a week in advance for a specific truck which none were available at day of pick up. Very poor service and not my 1st bad experience with U-Haul actually my 3rd (one with no brakes and the second they tried to change me an extra 1000 extra miles for a 15 mile drive).This is unacceptable service for a corporation. When someone rents a truck in advance at a specific location that truck should be available. The 2nd location where my reservation was sent never got the 15ft truck or any truck for that matter. If I had waited till 4pm for P/U I never would have gotten a truck and really would have been screwed. You guys need to get your act together. My comments about service stems is for the corporate level your service is awful, not the place I picked up from but from my whole experience of trying to get a truck. Your lack of knowledge about what trucks are available at the time of pick up is deplorable. Not one person knew what was where. Also I know for a fact that you had many 15ft trucks at my original location since I drove through that location 4 hours prior to P/U. The place I P/U from was fine and the gentleman was very helpful the only good thing about the rental.
DENISE LAWRENCETruck was NOT completely full of gas when I picked it up. If you check the mileage when I picked it up and when it was returned, it totaled 31 miles. I filled the gas tank up with gas upon return (at location it was picked up. It took 7.628 gallons to fill it up which means the truck got only 4.06 miles per gallon. I was ripped off with the gas. I even showed them a pic of the gas gauge when I picked the truck up… Live and learn….
ROGER WAYcharged us $300 and rent for 5 days overnight fees when we returned same day, in town move, and used 79 miles from going back and forth between houses. not to mention filled gas tank to 3/4 tank and returned. never again will we use u-haul from a gas station.

I rented a 10’ U-Haul Truck at Jupiter AMOCCO, 3090 Jupiter Blvd SE, Palm Bay, FL 32909, using a price comparison from Budget Rental. When I reviewed the receipt from the pick-up location, I noticed that the expenses did not equal the comparison price from Budget Rental. After my attempt to work with the pick-up representative to get the price equal to the rental expenses from Budget Rental, I was told by the representative at the pick-up locating that I can work with the drop off location (Dayspring Freight Services, 2768 SW Edgarce St, Port Saint Lucie, FL 34953). After my attempt to work with the drop-off location to adjust the difference to equal the price quoted from Budget, I was told by the drop-off location that they did not have the ability to assist with adjusting the cost.

The store employees were rude, threw the keys at me and told me to go find the truck, the truck was dirty and didn’t have the gas they said it did. I ended up not using it the furl time I needed it cause I wanted the whole thing to be over with. Never using that location again and will definitely not recommend.

JOSE TORRESThe truck was disgusting. The interior of the cab was coated in dog hair. The exterior windows were filthy and the front was covered in big guts. The right side of the truck was caked. In mud. The rear wheel, tire and wheel well looked as if the truck got stuck in mud.

Yolanda KendrickIt turned out to be a gas station, and I passed it twice thinking this can't be the place. Once I went in and discovered it was the place, the drop off was pretty straight forward. No complaints really, just maybe get a bigger sign saying u-haul. That would cut out any confusion.

ROBIN JONESI arrived at this location to drop the truck as the contract stated and a lady with a nasty attitude at the counter said that she couldn't take it due to inventory issues. She didn't call customer service nor tried to resolve the problem; she just said "that is not my problem". Horrible customer service, nasty attitude, loud, no people skills, zero professionalism. I know she does not work for U-haul, but a bit of customer service would be nice.

There should have been a separate counter area,. It would seem the counter which is small and unsuitable for uhaul customers and gas stn customers

trevor thomasI was told that I couldnt drop off my uhaul because they had no room, i was told to take it to another location. I told the man (Patel) that my reservation was for this location. He said that's not my problem, that's your problem. Man was very rude and didn't even try to be helpful. I called customer service and spoke with Tracy and she closed out my reservation and told me to give the man the key and get a receipt. I took the key to the man and he stated that he had no proof my reservation was closed, he took the key and proceeded to go check the mileage and gas on the truck. He came back in handed me a receipt that did not have the into filled in. Another customer proceeded to ask him loudly what my problem is. I told her it was none of her business and she proceeded to say "fu*k you bitch". I will never set foot in the Citgo gas station at 3090 Jupiter Blvd Palm Bay Florida. This man has no customer skills and Uhaul shouldn't allow this business to represent them!

Tara BrennanI only drove the truck 7 miles total. I kept a close watch on the gas needle and it did not change by the time I returned the truck. Yet they claimed it went down a smidge and then charged me over $20 for a smidge of gas since I didn't put gas in it when I returned it. This is a complete rip off!

Still waiting for a call back on this after I already called and was told it was taken off before I even started the damn truck. I want my $15 back!!!

And when I left with it, I noticed the mileage was different from what was on the rental sheet, it had almost 10 more miles on odometer than on re,talk sheet. No big deal, when I returned truck, even with more gas than it had when I pick ked up. They insisted I filled it. I used approx 45 miles. Paid for 20 when rented. Out 15 in gas to make it over what I had, again they insisted I filled it, so had to put 18 dollars now in for total of 33 spent on gas!! So they charged me wrong mileage since they won't change that, no big deal, but there is no way I could of used 33 dollars in gas for 40 some miles. So they chathe me almost 35 to 40 more dollars for renting, when I already paid for 20 miles of use, and made me put probably an extra 20 in gas that I should not of had to pay! Overall very unhappy with uhaul, and would not recommend to anyone rent I,g from them. I spent minimum 40 dollars more than I should of had to spend. Very bad customer service at this location, not willing to help in anyway.

Gregory MarconiEverything went fine but your insurance is a scam. I was basically told if I didn't get it I'd be responsible for any damage already on the truck. So I paid not for insurance against MY use of the vehicle but insurance against dishonest, disrespectful, and scammy practices. I'm super pissed that I paid for it knowing I was going to use the truck for an hour and there was a .0000001% chance of anything happening to the truck in my posession. Very irresponsible and shady practice on U-haul's behalf.

Tara MichaelsCommunication could be much better. The lady at first seemed to be mad that I had changed my request earlier to have my son in law to drive the truck. She could not see the information that I requested fromm the 800 # I called. I spent longer then I expected waiting to resolve the issue. I finally said I would go ahead and drive it. It was just big mix up which would not have happened if communication between each party would be better.
