DONald STruck has more than adequate space, power and drives like a car, however, one of the most uncomfortable seats I ever had to drive on. Judd's Rental is very user friendly and helpful. This will be my choce of Rental location going forward due to their excellent customer service.

Nicole Wsurge brake on trailer was non operatinal.Traffick stopped suddenly in front of our vehical and we had to leave the road to avoid a accident.The brakes did not work and pushed the truck down the road.

Mike mThe brakes grinding, tail lights flickered. It needs some work to make it a great place to rent. Also it cut out one time and took a moment to take off again, almost like running out of gas.

debra cThe app did not work well for me. I was very disappointed that it took 40 minutes to get the rental truck because the app was not responsive. When I picked up the vehicle, the app asked me if the furniture pads were in the truck. They were not, and I indicated so on the app, although I'm being charged for missing furniture pads. When I returned the truck on the app, I went thru all the steps including returning the key to the lock box. I looked later and it said the rental was still open. I had to contact someone from Uhaul via chat to inform them the rental was returned. I will not rent from Uhaul again.

keith cI don’t know, make ID authentication simpler somehow. It is ok, but the process had choice for text or email which compelled me to abandon the online process and just work with the retail location to complete the reservation started online .

Susan JThis is the second time that I’ve rented in a short amount of time yet I had to provide the same information over again. The lockbox locks are terrible and the parking lot has very little light! I rented the truck for six hours and your crummy self serve process ate into my rental time. I essentially paid you to have me sit there and provide the same information again. Disappointed!

Jeff SThe trailer I was given must be one of the older ones in the fleet. Although it appeared to be in acceptable condition (except the trailer floor which was sagging), there may be a problem with the trailer or the way it was connected to my vehicle. As I was returning the empty trailer to the dealer after several days of use, the trailer came off of my hitch. It then began swinging wildly behind my vehicle and pulling violently on the safety chains. I managed to bring it to a stop without any damage to the trailer or my vehicle. I reconnected it to my hitch ball, and delivered it back to the dealer (and informed the dealer of this issue). It seems to me that the only way this could have occurred is if the trailer was not properly attached and secured to my hitch by the dealer when I picked it up. This was an unnerving experience that I do not want to repeat.
