Great service easy pick up
David V.Put better winter tires on NE trucks. I could not make it up my driveway. UPS has no trouble making it up my driveway. I had to unload and carry my stuff up my driveway by hand.

Paul S.I returned the truck early and was charged and after hours fee. Also, I was charged a fuel charge I should not have been. Before leaving I pointed out to the owner that the fuel was just over half a tank, not where the line read. She took a photo of it, as did I and she said she would correct it upon the tricks return. Instead I was charged for fuel I didn't use .

KEVIN H.The equipment was ready and available for me when I needed it, but I live in New Hampshire and have a Uhaul site less than a mile from me. I had to pickup the trailer in Vermont about twenty miles away and had to pay Vermont sales tax. I requested to pick it up in New Hampshire near me for the convenience and so I wouldn't have to pay sales tax. Why would I want to pickup in Vermont when I live in New Hampshire? This should be changed. The personnel were great but I don't appreciate paying sales tax when I shouldn't have to.

CANDACE D.I scheduled this uhaul over a month before picking it up in Keene NH, which was already 1/2 hour from my house. I was informed the night before that I had to travel an hour and a half one way to pick it up and had to travel to Vt to pick it up. This was three hours I was not planning on not to mention the extra cost in gas and mileage. As stated above the service at your VT location was great but I am sure Nashua would have been closer

John R.Judds car and small engine repair is a great place to rent a uhaul. Easy access to get there. Right on route 5 in Westminster Vt. Plenty of parking and while your renting your uhaul, you can have your car worked on. Its a win win
Sharon B.The pick up and drop off locations I used were great, however Uhauls suggested drop off location refused the drop off (Newfane VT) and when I called the (877) number provided the person was useless, told me I had to drop the trailer 1hr 30min out of my way... I had to call around to find a Uhaul dealer that was convenient to my trip myself and luckily they understood that they are their to provide a service for customers. The fact that Uhaul wants it's customers to drop their trailers off at places convenient to Uhaul and not the customer is WRONG. The idea that one can simply drop a trailer at the closest location to the destination city doesn't seem to matter to Uhaul, and the company threatens to charge extra when its customers drop trailers at chosen Uhaul dealer locations rather than DICTATED Uhaul dealer locations. I will think twice before putting myself in a situation where I am doing UHauls job (distributing their trailers evenly across a 50mile radius). And NO I won't recommend Uhaul to any friends

WILLIAM M.I was charged gas without being notified for the extra when waiting for my receipt and mentioned that I was just at the gas station down the street. My vehicle was parked at an angle in their location and it must have read incorrectly. I believe before you charge someone you advise them of such an action and not just run the card on file.
