Truck was clean but could be cleaner in the back of truck. My complaint is I paid for gas. It would be better if gas was full to start with. It is hard to gauge how much gas to get to that point. And I paid the rate plus $1.19 per mile. Final bill was $113.06. I do know that prices are high. But I also paid $62.00 for gas. I will be needing a U Haul van to move some furniture to storage. Total price $175.from U Haul. I think it will be cheaper to get moving company. Cheaper price for use of truck. Extra for movers. But the truck prices. They have "extra" fees also. I will see. I do need the movers. To improve, go back to be more affordable. I will be back though. I will recommend. Just letting you know to be aware of prices. Won't return to this location. Very hard to get to. Pick-up location said I could return vehicle at 12 PM. I was a little late. Filled gas back to level I rented. When I arrived, the attendant started yelling at me asking if I threw bags of trash out of the truck!! I didn't and let him know so. He kept persisting that I threw trash (in front of other customers). He then helped another customer. Once he got to me he checked me out and said I owed another $40 for being late and $14 in gas!! I told him I filled it and that I was supposed to be back at 9:20? He said I should take it up with the owners and too bad. He then started on the trash again and pointed at another truck saying maybe it was them. I was happy to get out of this place - major shit show. The extra charges were a kick in the stomach but not worth getting into an argument with the lunatic at the desk. Stay away from this place.NICK R.

The only issue was I requested a 6pm pickup, through the mobile app. I got a text at 330p the day of pickup that the store closed at 5pm and was not capable of after hours pickups. Had I not seen this text in time, I would have missed the pickup completely.Kaleb K.

Very convenient location for me when I need a local rental. The staff encountered was friendly, efficient, and accommodating. The back of the truck was clean which was most important, but there were a few items (dirty paper towel and water bottle tops) in the cab, but I'm sure this is not the usual from this location. We weren't sure exactly where to park so we just guessed and chose a random spot. It would be nice if there would be designated parking spots for each size of vehicle. We had the 25 foot truck and we parked almost to the end because the building felt too close to be able to back upJanette P.

Refund the overnight fee that I was charged upon returning the truck. I was informed by the employee of the location that they closed at 5 but I could return the truck back by 6:30. When I reserved the truck I selected a four hour spot. But was charged the overnight fee anyway.Trashawn R.

Employees were very unhelpful. This is their job and they should be able to answer customers' questions regarding the hook up of the trailer onto the car. A phone call a few days prior to the pick-up date was unsatisfactory.WESLEY S.

The location is horrible - too far set back from the main road and there's no place to park (or risk getting towed). But the part they can improve is to allow for a true mobile check in process. They don't have this now. Now, if you use mobile check in, you still have to go to the front desk (and wait in line outside because they don't have an indoor waiting area (despite plenty of space for one, if they chose to clear out some clutter), and even when you get your key, the truck has not been pre-filled with the supplies you ordered in advance. In my case it was weeks in advance. They're just not ready for you. So you end up losing 30-45 mins getting checked out. On top of that, the truck they left me was dirty. I marked it clean on the check in app just to avoid further delays. And I did sweep it out when I was finished with it (yes I have a broom handy when I rent a truck).Andrew B.

The staff was friendly. The equipment was mechanically sound, however it was covered in frozen snow. Made it very hard to read, warnings, instructions and reminders on the tow dolly. Equipment should be de-iced before issue.JEFFREY W.

No one was in the office when i arrived. I called the phone number and said i was here, the guy told me to go to the other side of the building. I went to the other side of the building (there were some trailers parked there, so i thought maybe it was easier to hook up from that side), but no one was there. I had trouble with the 24/7 mobile pick up and called U-Haul's 800#. I wasn't able]to have the truck as long as I expected. The gas tank had 1/4 of a tank of gas but the contract was marked at over half 9/16. The truck was very nice. The location was very close and had what we needed, the people were very careful and only had one customer at a time. When you finished you were done, no going back for corrections.Dennis W.
I rented the trailer for one day from Saturday to Sunday. The trailer was returned on Sunday when the location was closed. I confirmed on pick up that I could return it on Sunday but was not told they would charge me for that day on Monday. I received a bill for two days today saying the trailer was returned on Monday. 1.Poor maintenance I rented so many times from Uhaul, this is worst place ever been.when I pick up it almost flat tire also never clean up inside -Dirty. 2nd replace car also lights Maintenance, but I don't want to and No time to change another vehicle. So disappointed. 2.Not a good manner service His attitude so weird, after drop the truck, I didn't received receipt what I used until asked them Next day. I returned 6pm , but I request receipt next day and received 4:00pm. 3.He didn't explain Safe Move Charge -$19.00, what is this? At that moment never explained. Clean the trucks before renting them out. Fill the gas tanks completely before renting out the trucks as well. This makes it easier for those picking up and dropping off.BRETTMARC K.
