A customer rep called me two days before the trailer was to be picked up to let me know I would have to drive an hour and a half to go pick it up during a snowstorm. I don’t think it is appropriate to take a reservation for a location to then change that location to an hour and a half away.

Uhaul advertises the 6X12 utility trailer as 6' wide and suitable for utility vehicles. This is not true. The ramp is far less wide than the trailer. The 72" is completely useless with a 60" ramp. I found this out 600 miles from home when trying to load a 64" wide vehicle. I had to forklift the vehicle in and out. A bit dangerous and completely impractical if you dont have a forklift. When I called uhaul during this mess I was told its the biggest one they have.

Your folks ended up renting me a trailer to tow a car!!! After countless hours of making me produce a multitude of SPecs on the UTV - each time because they said the “system failed to save it last time”. You ONLY got my business because there was no other option.

We made a reservation a week in advance to pick up at the Elizabeth location. The day of rental they did not have the U-Haul. They did find us one in Castle Rock to rent. What is the point of reserving a U-Haul for a pick up location when it is not guaranteed. If the Castle Rock location did not have one then we would have been out of luck. Plus we had to drive 30 minutes to Castle Rock. Not too happy. We dropped off the U-Haul in Elizabeth we were given a hard time and were told we would have to take it back to Castle Rock. After a long discussion, we left the U-Haul at JR's.

I payed a cash deposit also & when I dropped off in Elizabeth Colorado I couldn't get my cash deposit back. Said it was to be mailed to me. I still haven't gotten my 60.00 refund for the rental. Very dissatisfied. Never had an issue before and was relying on that cash to get to my new job. DIDN'T HAPPEN. STILL HAVENT GOTTEN MY DEPOSIT BACK.

I would not recommend using Uhaul to a friend. Our truck was dirty in the cab. Also was $300.00 more than Budget. Budget trucks where much more comfortable.

Longer hours at this location Had a hard time getting back to the location before 5 p.m. Did not receive receipt or final price tag from the rental of the trailer

The truck was old and run down. It should have been removed from the fleet. Poor mileage on power 70 mph is all it would do. It was really beat up. ABS lite keep coming on for the brakes.

check in process for the return of the truck was not clearly described we where told to use the app. no one could clearly describe how to use the app. when picking up the truck he could not find the reservation. and when checking the truck in the app could not locate my account either. we called Uhaul directly and checked in. and where still over charged for rental, saying we were late and did not replace the gas. Please Note: JR's was not open at the time of rental return, and we where told we had to use the App. the rental was left on the street on a hill when gas gauge was read for return. Gauges should be on level ground to read accurately. I was charged an additional $25 to replace the gas that I already replaced. JR's was not willing to discuss. so I again called Uhaul directly and they where much more responsive. What started as a $50+ mileage turned into $200 Billed. Simply put I will not be doing business with JR's again. I have never had issues like this from any other location.

Told that cleaning fee was $25, Sign in the truck said cleaning fee was $25. Was charged $45. I challenged this charge and was told $25 was minimum and only covered quick sweep of dust not removal of anything else. This is second time I was overcharged. 1st time was $65. Last time I use UHaul.

I was charged $30.00+more then I was told!!! I asked several times, and told $78.00 then received the bill for over a $100.00+. I was also told there was an app, I got the app but for 25 min I sat outside and it did not work so I called the main office! They said they would correct it! Also, they said their was no app for returning the UHaul!?????

We were not explained the drop off time and location. They did not explain how clean it had to be when it dropped off. We swept it out before drop off and was told it wasn’t clean enough

We returned the truck 1 full+ day early and then the other day we got an additional bill for a $4.00 toll bill. really we think it would be good PR on your part to credit us for the early return and you pay the $4 from that.

The dealer doesn’t have someone on Saturday to check out/check in a U-Haul. They opened 15 minutes late and then it took one and a half hours to pick up a trailer. I already had a reservation, did in-line check in and was the first customer. Completely unacceptable.

I brought the trailer back- 1 day late.- between having to wait for the employees who initially said I could not leave it there. The employees having to direct me to another parking spot-- the time was late ( 30minutes) and you charged me for 2days late, on top of the other charges. This is wrong.

The original location {Parker, Colorado} I was told to return the truck to did not ever answer their phones. Then I received an email and text message from U-Haul telling me to return the truck to a different location {Elizabeth, Colorado}. When I called to confirm this change, the gal was surprised, and initially seemed reluctant for me to return it to their facility. Upon arriving, I quickly realized why she had that reaction. JR's Village Repair needs better signage as to where to return / park trucks, as there were so many at this location. She said they were going to contact the other location to come and pick up some of the excess trucks at their location. I could not immediately find the front door to the business, as there were so many other vehicles surrounding their fenced off premises. A large ARROW ~~~>>> sign would be very helpful! Interaction with one staff member was friendly and brief, and 100% hassle free ... I would recommend using this location. Quick and easy return; and the sun was shining in beautiful Colorado!
