When someone makes a reservation that is repeatedly confirmed the company should stand by that and not then tell customers that it is actually just a request and not have items available. Then say request not reservation, check the definition of the word. People make arrangements based on the confirmation, not expecting to have to scramble the day before and have to change plans around your shady company. I will never use this company again and have made a point of telling everyone I know never to use your services either. That's when I found many other people that had the same miserable experience with your company

Give the customer what they reserved on line and not send them to a location that had no customer service. The Madison Atlas Drive location was the absolute worse customer service I have ever had

It took a half an hour to complete paperwork. The lady was very nice and said it was a new system. I'm not sure if it is supposed to take that long. Then there was no help but when I went and asked for help she did find someone to make sure I had it hooked up correct.

Trailer was filthy and had to be swept out due to all of the debris. Requested a dolly in order but had to go to a second U-haul location to get it. And last but not least, the lights did not all work on the trailer putting the customer (me) in danger of an accident or a ticket from the police. As an organization as big as U-haul, I expected much better!!!!!!!

Very friendly and easy to work with on pick-up and return.

Have the snow and ice cleaned off before the customer arrives instead of having the customer do it.

Be sure to quote the correct number of miles that your online reservation states and when the customer questions this, do not state that the computer is always wrong. There is a lot of stress and cost involved with moving and there should not be any added to that by a misquote of miles when you pick up your truck.

I had requested a 2-wheel dolly and I was not given it. Also, it took almost 30min to finish all the "paperwork". I had pre-registered online.

The problem here is that this trailer return location was also ten miles from where the U-Haul website said it should go. Get the website updated.

We were supposed to pick up in Beaver Dam and had to drive 35 miles out of our way (from Waupun) to pick it up. Ended up going a day early to get it.

Have the pick-up location be either in the same city or closer than 40 minutes away - or at least notifying me of such prior to 24 hours in advance.

We had this moved from Bristol to Columbus. It was an extra 10 minute drive to and from. No one was there when we wanted to drop it off and they called two days later to let me know truck wasn't even there. Overall terrible experience.

first they were not sure if they truck I ordered was there and then they gave me the wrong truck (keys didn't fit in the ignition). On top of that this wasn't the location I chose to pick the truck up at. Very disappointed with U-haul.

Two of the four tires air pressure was so low it barley registered on air pressure gauge. Check all equipment readiness b4 allowing out of your lot, after all JRC is a service garage. Would not be that difficult

Improve or simplify your software. This site had a few problems. The issues were not human error, but software. The lady knew the program it just wasn't working properly.
