1 We had requested a truck in Vandalia, not Bowling Green do we ended up paying extra millage. 2 The truck only had half a tank of fuel in it when it was picked up and wasn't noticed or would have been returned immediately. So in the end we used half a tank and had to pay $100.00 for a full tank of gas is the extra miles. That was NOT fair on our books and U-Haul has been notified but not done anything about it.Kenneth R.

Truck windshield and cab wasn't clean. Auto trailer had one tire strap that wasn't long enough to strap around the tire. We had to stop at a UHaul dealer in Hannibal, MO to have it fixed before we traveled to our destination.ARTHUR M.

wanted a one way rental from Quincy Illinois to Jerseyville but made us drive way out of our way to bowling green Missouri to pick up truck at a dumpy location normal 2 hour trip to get to quincy took 3.5 hours especially having to go around flooded roads with no compensation for our time or gastom H.

The truck started when I picked it up but the day I needed it for, it would not. I called several different numbers before being able to get someone that could help me get the truck started. Unit failed to start at a critical time during the day and after managing to get it started with outside help, was told to not turn unit off. That caused extra gas usage. JP's auto did not know about this situation as truck had not acted this way at his place of business. I have contacted customer service requesting waiver of mileage charged due to the inability of the truck to start when needed to as well as the initial problem caused our agency to be late to our destination.linda F.
I was not given any instructions just handed the key and sent on my way. I had driven your trucks so didn't believe I'd need any help but... There was a sticker on the dash about turning off a tow/haul button when the truck was empty. Based on the graphic on the sticker, I couldn't locate where the button was on the dash.
