wanted a one way rental from Quincy Illinois to Jerseyville but made us drive way out of our way to bowling green Missouri to pick up truck at a dumpy location normal 2 hour trip to get to quincy took 3.5 hours especially having to go around flooded roads with no compensation for our time or gas

The truck started when I picked it up but the day I needed it for, it would not. I called several different numbers before being able to get someone that could help me get the truck started. Unit failed to start at a critical time during the day and after managing to get it started with outside help, was told to not turn unit off. That caused extra gas usage. JP's auto did not know about this situation as truck had not acted this way at his place of business. I have contacted customer service requesting waiver of mileage charged due to the inability of the truck to start when needed to as well as the initial problem caused our agency to be late to our destination.

I was not given any instructions just handed the key and sent on my way. I had driven your trucks so didn't believe I'd need any help but... There was a sticker on the dash about turning off a tow/haul button when the truck was empty. Based on the graphic on the sticker, I couldn't locate where the button was on the dash. I didn't notice that sticker till I had left JP's site.

The truck was frozen over and it was stuck and I had to ask the driver to help me get it out. The guy did come out and get the truck out of the frozen mud for me.

We ordered 2 weeks in advance had pick up location at meme mini mart got there no truck no phone call prior to that they had no idea we were coming. Online service is very poor

Becca was fabulous! She was wonderful about answering all my mom's questions (along with mine), and was willing to go the extra mile (literally) to be sure we got the supplies we needed, as well as the equipment, on time for the move from MO to TX.
