Trailer lights were an issue. At home I shot a bit of WD-40 on the connectors and it fixed everything. They should have done that. Please suggest to them that the contacts need to be cleaned before use. Also they did NOT have a furniture dolly like I ordered. I stopped at the Monroeville store on the way home and they saved the day!! Because of equipment availability we had to go VERY far to pick the 5' X 8' trailer. Why didn't we know they didn't have the dolly we needed. Worst U-Haul experience of my life.

They had issues with the Uhaul service portal due to website changes I think, and we had to wait quite a while for them to get us a receipt when we returned the van. Perhaps better communication of changes would speed things up.

The truck broke down had to wait an hour and 15 minutes for someone to come out to start it. Wasted my time. Every time I rent from I haul there is an issue. Of The last 3 times each time there was a problem idk why I keep going back.
