Allen AVery friendly staff. Don't panic when you arrive and don't see any U-Haul's on the lot. They go get them for you from another lot. Just go inside and let them know what you're there for.

Richard CThis location was great but I had originally reserved a uhaul at Williamson wv for 1pm. I got there about 3:30 pm and the truck wasn't there. Someone else had it rented out. I had to drive over an hour further to ieager to get a truck. It was super inconvenient!!! What's the point of making a reservation if they give your truck away?!
