lance AThe starter went out while the uhaul was fully packed. It was on a holiday and roadside assistance wasn't able to get it fixed until the next day so my husband, my roommate and I all had to miss work to unload and return it, but Uhaul still charged my card for the extra day even though it was not my fault and they have not responded to any of my emails.
