Bryan LindbeckCustomer service was great, did have a bit of trouble with the staff member trying to enter in the info for the rental which took over 20 plus minutes, Once for the intial reservation and 20 plus minutes again for the pickup of the rental. Customer service was good though.

Mayra HernandezI asked for information to leave the trailer there, they cheated on me and they didn't tell me I would have a charge. Then I went to complain and they closed 1 hour earlier than the schedule says. So I call customer service and report the case, I hope the company will respond to me and hold this franchise responsible that damages its name.
Eugenio VasquezService was great. Representative was pleasant and professional. Only a small issue with the padlock on the overhead door not functioning. Was unable to leave the dolly because it would have been unsecured. Had to make an additional trip on Monday to return it. May want to check and oil them regularly.

John TetlowMore training for the staff in the office. We got there at 8am to pick up the trailer and we did not leave until after 9:30am. It took two different people to figure out everything and then once we left and she sent me the contract. Multiple things were wrong and I had to end up calling the uhaul customer service number to get things fixed and to get money refunded since they took to much money.
