A few days after I reserved the rental truck online, I followed up to complete the reservation and I could not find it online. So I called the online U-Haul number and spoke with your agent who told me I never reserved a truck online. That they have no record of it. The minority female agent online was very rude in how she spoke to me.

This is the fourth or fifth time I have used Jones Supply for a Uhaul Rental. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful! This location is near perfect and there is nothing they can do to improve!

Support the customer with the proper equipment at the location needed for pick up. Inspect equipment better before delivering to customer. Tow dolly had a big bubble on one of the tires when I inspected before departing my home. Would not have made it 25 miles before a blow out. Service when called for tire was handled well by technician and U-Haul rep

Regardless of the current pandemic and telling the rep from location we would not leave our vehicle. The per who drove from ny to nc with me were left in the middle of a field almost 2000ft from location to attach a utility trailer on our own. Luckily I've done it a few times. We were treated extremely poorly

Our experience was overall bad with this place. We had an appointment scheduled for 1 and when we got there we had to wait 40 minutes before someone would even help us. Then the person that finally did help us, acted like he didn't want to help us at all and then we he handed us the keys he didn't even walk us to the truck or anything. Then when we returned the truck they charged me for extra stuff I didn't even get and then I had to call customer service to get that part back. This experience with them was horrible an I will never rent from them again. I will make an extra drive to go somewhere else to avoid this place.
