this location was fine, but I was supposed to pick up in one location and was changed to this one at the last minute, its my fault for not checking on it more because it added an hour to our drive to get it, and it was supposed to be mobile check in and it was not, so i had to wait for them to get there, check in went fine

The building was closed and I was left in a field for 90 mins. Maybe don't put your customers in dangerous places.

had an 11 a.m. drop off--no one showed up until noon. Wanted $25 to remove the trailer--we declined--he did it and didn't charge us. Charged us another $31+ for an "extra day" when our contract was for drop off on 7/29. This additional amount was charged to our credit card after we left the facility. "He couldn't get his computer to work while we checked in the trailer." I only found out when returning home (8/14) to California and checked my credit card account. This man was rude and was upset because we caused him "problems" by returning the trailer (and his worker did not show up on time.)

The blankets I purchased weren't given to me. The truck had 30 miles to empty when I got in, left it with 1/2 tank. The truck didn't handle particularly well. I was told I could pick it up at 9, that wasn't true, the dealer opened at 11 so I had to wait on that, they were late getting in and I didn't get the uhaul until 1130. I've used uhaul several times in the past with no issue, this time left a sour taste.
