NANCY LFriendly, knowledgable staff - they even pulled the truck up front for me. Truck was quite clean - both cab and loading box.
JOSEPH HClean up the environs. It's former gas station turned into an auto repair shop and looks like the typical gas station turned into an auto repair shop... messy, cars parked all around waiting for repair. I wish it looked nicer, in keeping w/ the neighborhood.

STEVE RThe tire light was on and the check engine light was on. I was somewhat concerned, the person in charged assured me that all was ok. I accepted the truck because I knew I had less than 10 miles round trip. All worked out well, no issues or concerns during the transaction. It has been almost 24 hours since I returned the truck my refund is still not back on my card.

Kennecia BFirst, the truck was double-booked. Luckily, I was the one who had booked it first , so they let me have the truck. They sent the other woman to another location. Then it had 2 very low tires. They filled them up but the sensor was bad and was constantly on...even flashing. Also, the check engine light was on and lastly, the inside of the truck smelled like marijuana when we turned on the AC. it cleared out after a few minutes but we could still smell it here and there.
RICHARD PStaff were friendly and helpful but vehicle was dirty inside and had issues including mirrors that could not be adjusted, dirty windshield and windshield washer did not work, no backup camera, and no backup beeper.

JOHN LWe normally rent for 5 days at a Bartlett location. I was just comparing the receipts and we paid 100.00 less at the other location. The people here were friendly and it is handy to the venue but Yikes...100.00 extra is a lot.

Having us to drive around from one location to another to drop it off

JAMES WOverall, the experience was great.....but wanted to report that this cargo van has a water leak, and rain water gets into the cargo area from the back door. Please get this fixed as this caused water to get on many of our items.
FURQAN HJones is a an excellent location for Uhaul and overall customer experience. They are really helpful and courteous group of people, love interacting with them.

JOHN WThe rear door lock was in bad shape. There was no handle or strap to grab to raise and lower the door. There needs to be a jack to raise and lower the tongue on the front of the trailer. It is too heavy to lift without it. I had to disconnect the hitch and pull away to with the ball still connected to get loose.
ROBERT VWe have rented from this location many times. They are very pleasant to work with and very efficient I In getting you in and out quickly. Highly recommend renting from here.
MARK PI would not recommend the first location I went to first. It was located at 5315 Summer Ave, Memphis, TN 38122. They had the 5' x 8' trailer ready but did not inspect it and one of the tires had the tread missing on it. I had to drive 30 minutes to another uhual location with heavy traffic to get the trailer I needed. Very aggravating because they had plenty of time to have the trailer ready.

PATRICK OFriendly customer service, good price, trailer pulled nicely on the interstate. Did I mention how friendly the customer service was?? My wife and I greatly appreciated the amount of time spent with us picking the right trailer for our needs and vehicle. Gracias
