Only thing I noticed was the dolly I returned was not noted on the receipt as returned by the agent who checked my vehicle in. I dropped it back yesterday with 24 blankets and the dolly. All was great and I was happy with your agent and services! YouKaren M.

The entire bed of the truck I was given was covered in grease. I tried to mop it out, but there was still a fine layer left afterwards. In addition to the state of the bed, I was supplied around 20 moving blankets that I did not request, and was not given the dolly I had requested. The state of the trucks and equipment should be better monitored at this location. I took what I was given as I was in a crunch for time, but someone else may not be a adaptable.Ian S.

The place we picked up from was excellent the gentleman was extremely nice. Your computer set up was appalling my husband waited over an hour for this poor man who was trying his bests to get the paper work through and was constantly being rejected. You need to fix it not only did he have to leave without the paper work but you also did not inform us that we had to pick up from another location. We have rented a number of different trucks trailers from you but this was the worst experience ever. If Penske rented trailers we would never ever rent from you again we have one more trip to make we are praying you have your stuff together for the next one. I have already sent in a complaint and nobody has called me. I guess you all don not want to know the truth of how messed up your company is.Don J.
Johns Auto World was very courteous, easy to work with and extremely accommodating! I had Johns cell phone number in case I needed anything and he even called me twice to check on our trip and make sure everything was as expected! The Uhaul rep was very polite and respectful. This was a change made by Uhaul to pick up the truck a day early. John worked quickly with me and made sure everything was ok. The truck was not swepped by prior customer.Mark C.

There was no one there for drop-off, which was fine, but there were no instructions on how to drop off. There was no key drop, but there was a Beware of Dog sign. It took a good 15 minutes on the phone with a rep with both of us trying to figure out what to do. In addition, I was meant to be refunded the amount for unused furniture pads and I didn't see that refund come in. Not pleased.Chyun Yuan F.
Everything was a mess. It said it was ready for 8:30 pickup I got there and building was locked the owner lived on the property he told me he doesn't open until 9 he did go ahead and help me. It took 25 min. For him to get everything ready to go. He never gave me the contract and contract number. When I returned the tow hauler to a location 9.8 miles from where I picked it up I was going to be charged 120 dollars more. I think that is ridiculous when it was still close to where I picked it up at. It was all because I rent with a in town in my rental there are some towns that is ten miles across. I think you should look at that policy and change it for a certain mileage. ThanksMatthew N.
