The on-line hours indicated that this location opens at 9am, when we arrived the location was closed and the owner didn't arrive until after 10am. My suggestion is that the owner's hours reflect that of his business operation and not place customers on hold and create calls to UHAUL which tend to take 30 minutes plus.

Johnny was great to work with - very accommodating and efficient to get me on the way. As for U-Haul itself I was very disappointed to find out that the truck I had reserved was not available until 5 hours after I asked for it to be picked up. I had to drive an extra hour to get it from this location in order to stay on schedule.

NEVER USE UHAUL! I didnt have a problem with the locations, I had a problem with customer service. Blankets work in the truck that I paid for. They claimed I had a full tank of gas when I pick it up contrary to the picture that I took and wanted to charge me $80 to fill the tank up. There's always a problem when using U-Haul
