Representative was professional and charged the correct amount and was told the same as the contract that I signed read which is as long as the gas is the same level as I took it out at and I brought it back on time within the allotted time schedule I wouldn't be charged anything extra and he was absolutely correct and I would reccomend him to anybody needing a truck rental.

The return process was also extremely time consuming and difficult. If I ever need uhaul again I would only use a location where there is an actual person there to assist.

The rental business is the owner’s secondary business at the location. He is visibly perturbed when customers are there to rent a vehicle. He makes you feel that you are a nuisance and a bother to his day.

The alignment of the vehicle felt of making the drive uncomfortable (steering wheel had to be turned a good deal to the left to go straight). The guy working the desk was super freight and helpful.

William McDonnellThe last time I rented a van from this location there was an peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich baking away on the dashboard from a previous renter. There was also paperwork belonging to the previous customer, Rosebud florist along with billing information. This most recent rental, I scheduled a pick up via the app before hours and the app did not work which meant I wa stuck sitting at the location until 9am (2 hours later) to retrieve my rental. I ordered a pack of blankets and a hand truck. Nothing was in the van, so even if the app had worked, I would have had to wait the additional 2 hours regardless to receive the hand truck and blankets. I was given a wrapped pack of 6 clean, folded blankets and 4 used unfolded blankets that were covered with dirt and muddy footprints. I did not discover this until I was at the moving site. I discarded the 3 blankets that were too dirty to use for my furniture. I returned earlier than I wanted because I was worried that the location would no longer be staffed and that the app would not work again and I would be stuck. When I arrived, I explained my issues to the woman who took the key and she said she would have "him" check it in when he was no longer busy. The next day I receive a paid invoice that says I was charged for not returning 6 blankets (for a total cost of $60). I call immediately and explain to the man who rented me the van what he had donw (given me dirty, used blankets and not enough of them) and he told me that he would have "someone call me" That was 4 days ago and no call and no credit to my card. I still expect a credit for this blatant overcharge and I would appreciate a call back from either this specific location or someone from uhaul corporate in regards to this issue.

It took so long to get to the pick-up, after driving almost three hours to get to the first U-haul only to find out I had to drive even further. Then not having someone there didn’t help. They didn’t even know I picked up the truck.

And I had to pretty much restart my entire reservation over again and since it took them over an hour I lost that time that I could of been getting stuff done. Farid SyedU-Haul has shut down their human customer service and ignores customers because of virus fears but keeps charging for full service. The pickup location was closed and the app that is supposed to replace U-Haul employees is pretty worthless. There are other truck rental companies and I will use one of them next time I need to move something.
