Went to initial location and it wasn't there. They changed it and didn't inform me until I called. Returned a few weeks ago and just finally got a receipt and they charged me an additional $40!!! For what??? No idea because the receipt doesn't say why!!??!?!?!Kathy C.

I recommend putting the right key into the right lock box so we don't have to waste an hour trying fix the problem and also run into a glitch with the mileage while returning the truck.Travis M.

Location and customer service was great. However, when I filled everything out online I wish it said it had no ramp and that a refrigerator would not fit. Advertising that you can fit a one bedroom apartment is deceiving since all I needed to move was a refrigerator and couldn't even do that since the height of the truck was to low (even the truck height advertised is higher than the fridge. So overall this was a waste of money for me since the truck proved to be useless.Michael K.
The location was not open for in person rental pickup so I was told I had to do it online and that was a bit of a nightmare 65 minutes later I was finally able to get my equipment they said oh it's a five to ten minute process that's what I was told on the phone by representative because they wouldn't help me out they said I had to do it over the phone it was a bit of a hassleChris W.

No one was available to answer questions, I called twice to make sure the office received my drop off info. I was putt on hold, the first time 30 minutes, then when the agent came on the phone, put me on hold and it got disconnect. so I tried again. waited 20 minutes and finally another agent. she ws nice, but told me I had to wait until monday ..so thats the end of that. I wouldnt recommend online or apps. In person customer services is best.PILAR A.

There was no person on side, only lock box. I rented truck for 2 days and got changed for 3 days. How is this possible? Please advisemike H.
The agent stated to us that the check in was different with COVID. I wish the sign would have been a bit clearer on the check in before I dropped it off. What if I didn't have a phone that would do the pictures This drop off process needs to be a bit clearer for renters in the beginning so we can plan for that. It took 30 mins to do the drop off check in.Jerry D.
U-Haul was one of the worst rental experiences I've ever had. I had a truck reserved and confirmed for pick up in Marlboro, 40 miles away. Just hours before I was to get the truck they switched locations sending me 80 miles out of my way. I rented a truck from Ryder a month ago, had no problem with them. Will use them next time.Ron D.

Arriving at Jim's, Lisa came running out to assist us with the dropoff. She was very helpful and made the return super easy. This was the easiest rental I ever had. The U-haul 15 foot truck was in perfect condition and was super easy to drive. Highly recommend this company for long distance moving.Richard P.

The only reason we would use this place again is that it is right up the street, but we had less than stellar customer service-- it wasn't terrible, but not great. When we went to drop off the truck, where we were assigned to do so, it was no longer a U-haul drop off-site. When I called back, the same guy who was distracted when we picked up the truck, told us to look up the nearest u-haul place ourselves and was ready to get off the phone. We had no idea where we were and had to ask him to look up where the nearest other place was, so we were not in violation of our contract. We were put on hold, talked to someone else, and then a text came through as to where to drop it off. I would say it was a C- at best for customer service - it worked out, but no one seemed eager to help here.Patricia B.

There where no rentals at the original location given to me by u-haul. I had an 8 o'clock pick up time at a Gulf station that no longer provides u-hauls. I had men ready to work but could not get a u-haul at Jim's till 10 o'clock. This set my plans back. Also, I am not from the area and felt at a terrible disadvantage. There is enough stress in moving. You should not have to worry about running around trying to find a u-haul that had had been arranged for in advance. I am very disappointed.cheryl F.

Truck was dirty Dolly was missing Check engine light was on Fuel cap light cap was on which printed me from seeing mileageEugene N.
1) Flat (low pressure) rear tire noticed very shortly after leaving the lot. Had to fill it twice in 24 hours and returned the with the tire low. 2) Was charged for insurance that I did not want. Was told that they would credit my card for the insurance...BUT they never did so. The phone contact at this dealer was NASTY..................Richard O.
