Staff was shorthanded on the day of pick-up and very busy with their other business (convenient store operations, providing food/ breakfast) which resulting in a delay in service - even after I was able to notify them of my purpose several other customers were taken care of before my rental was addressed (some can in after I was present). Thankfully I was not in a hurry that morning but there was still some dissatisfaction in feeling like I was being passed over.

This rig was a total disaster. Not exaggerating this rig had over 70 marks, scratches, dents, places where someone tried to break. Iinto the drivers side door, and many other examples that were NOT marked!!!! I spend 45+ minutes describing the damages on the mobile app. Rig was HORRIBLE on gas under 7mpg and I never got above 55 mph. By drive was 90% highway and had very little weight on it. Go ANYWHERE else!!!!!!!!!! ANYWHERE!!!!!!

Rentals are no priority, they always seem to be lost when it comes to dealing with one, even if you call ahead and confirm the pick up they still have to scramble to get everything/anything ready when you show up.

The lady taking orders and checking out the trucks to people messed up our order twice. She had the wrong return day entered. We had to pay over $200.00 for a one way drive to Springfield, Mo. Rediculous.

Staff was friendly and courteous . The truck drove terribly rough as if the wheels were not round. 50 was top speed before I was afraid the truck would wobble out of control. Front and rear axles were not aligned.

I have returned two trucks to this drop off location and both times they add extra charges to my account. The first time, they added 12 dollars for gas but i put gas back to the line. This time they added a extra mile and when i confronted her she said we would Call it even because i didnt sweep it out. But I did. I just left because she charged my an extra 2 dollars instead of what $25

my original location where I made the reservation was closed and the trailer I reserved was not there on the day I was supposed to pick it up. Contact Number on front door told me that someone had taken the trailer without a contract. What?? found another trailer 20 miles away at Jim Carr, no problems with this location. So much for U-haul Guaranty.

Nothing at Jim Carr. 1 800 number customer service people were helpful, but not really aware of the services offered at the smaller more rural locations. For example...the rep told me that I could not get the ball for the truck hitch at Jim Carr, only larger metro areas. Wrong. And Jim even put it on for me.

Signed a contract with them for .79/mile and we were sent a bill via email for 3.12/mile. Apparently no one can change this even though I have a contract for .79/mile so we will not pay and we will never recommend uhaul any will give a bad reference Everytime we are asked. This Jim Carr place was extremely unprofessional. They we're 30 minutes late getting to the store so we could rent. They did not have us fill out all the proper paperwork. Lots of documents were missing and they NEVER said we were obligated to drop off to them, in fact, there wasn't any paperwork regarding drop off at all! When i rented online I left drop off blank because I was not sure where we would drop off and was never told that leaving it blank meant we had to drop off at the same place. These people were gross, rude and filthy. DO NOT USE JIM CARR OIL COMPANY!

There was a group of older men sitting in the gas station convenient store making racist jokes and comments. Made me feel uncomfortable and sorry for the people in the town. There wasn't any public transportation close to the location for a ride back to my home. I had to ask a friend to go out of their way to help me get home. Dropping off the key was confusing as they lacked proper signage to direct you where to drop off the uhaul key for return.

Uhaul have obviously been party to identity fraud as I live in the U.K. And keep getting invoices sent to my email address which aren't mine, and after several attempts to correct this my protests seem to have been ignored, will now pass this matter onto the FBI

Sorry but they need to be more accommodating. I understand this business does many things, it's a gas station, a restaurant, a service garage, a Uhaul location, a tow company. However, I don't want to come in and drop a trailer off, and be vaguely told "park near the other ones." I knew a head of time this is a very tight space location, and for that reason I took my dad, a semi driver with me. I knew I wasn't going to be able to maneuver this rig around easily as that lot is barely big enough for my duallie. Even my dad struggled to get the trailer backed where they wanted and avoid oncoming traffic and a parked car. Then Dad and I weren't strong enough to get the trailer off my hitch. Now in CT it took both female employees and myself to lift the trailer onto my truck, so I knew it was heavy. I went back inside and asked if possibly a mechanic could help us get the trailer off, and it was very obvious the cashier was put out by having to call someone in from the garage to help. Guess I should've pulled the floor jack from the bed of my truck for my fifth wheel, and used that to jack the trailer off the truck.
