Michael DThere was no sign anywhere that said we were at Jerrys Automotive. The only way we were able to find it is because it had a couple other Uhauls sitting out front. Another guy showed up while we were there and did not know if he was at the right place either. He ended up leaving. It was a Saturday and they were closed so we could not go in to verify that we were at the right place.

vensanna lThis site went above and beyond. He let us leave our car there until we dropped off the truck. He kept it I. The locked yard and even started it for us so it was warm when we dropped off the truck during the current winter weather coming in. He took care of an issue with the rental (truck still showed it was at the puck up location) with no issues. I would definitely work with this location again.

Sarah CMonday, This was my third location for a trailer to pick up that day. I arrived at my first location and as I was pulling up I received an email “update on trailer rental”. There were several trailers the size I had reserved but was told sorry we don’t have any. Another person in the next line came to get a transporter from there and was told they didn’t have it. They found him one 36 miles away he could get. He was frustrated as well. So the updated location I was emailed was a book keeping service/ uhaul location and closed on Sunday and Monday. I then spoke with a person from uhaul for another location, she was very helpful and off we went to Jerry’s automotive and he was very professional and helpful there. Not a great experience at the 34th and Q location.

KARYN SMake sure a trailer is there if you reserve one. I was to pick up a trailer on Saturday but there was not one rentable even though I had a reservation. Had to wait till next available on Monday

RUTH MDon’t let them go to a hoarder with who doesn’t have packing blankets, dollies or gas in the dirty trucks. He probably does have blankets but they are hiding in the mess somewhere with all the flies, cats and garbage
John HPickup location is likely the filthiest place I've ever entered. Piles of stuff all around, smells of cat urine and feces. Owner was friendly and nice, but how this is allowed is beyond me.

WILLARD BI'll never rent from uhaul again. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been using uhauls for years for my work. I'll never use again.
KENNETH MBetter and clearer parking for the trucks would be useful for a facility dealing in rental moving trucks.
David DJerry made everything easy. He hooked up the trailer so fast, and tested the lights, gave me a contract, and wrote his personal phone number in case I had any trouble or needed to extend the rental.

MARCUS VLocation was really very poor and run down. The computer was very old and slow the office area was in disrepair,junkie and cluttered. I would not use this Location again.
