The trailer that I rented drew my battery down to 10%. After having my battery and charging system checked out, and the are good, it was determined to be the trailer. Hopefully you can find the problem and get it fixed, luckily I had my jump pack with me that day.KENNETH C.

I was stuck 300mi from home with a broken down motorcycle on a Sunday. After an hour on the phone trying to locate a truck I got connected to a central dispatch for U-Haul. Trish & Ann were great !! I'm not a cell phone or computer geek but they worked it through for me. After about a half hour with them I had my truck !! Thanks so much for your on line - cell phone rental system.Richard P.

Why wasn't I asked to rate my experience from a week earlier. That one was disastrous. On July 13th I had to pick up the trailer an hour away in Littleton. The equipment was broken. Rear door stuck open. I wasted a day and a tank of gas. Couldn't reach a human being on the phone, seriously unnerving. Then no contact from U-Haul afterwards. I would return to the Jericho Outdoors location again. They were very helpful.Joseph C.

Started on hold with the main U-Haul number two days in a row for a total of close to an hour with no answer.(5/6/2021) Called local U-Haul numbers and the only trailer available was in Berlin NH so I drove there to pick it up after speaking with the guy at the desk. Was at the location for close to an hour because of the hoops that need to be jumped through to rent a car dolly... The man behind the counter attempted to do the rental forms on the computer 3 times and each time it was rejected so he finally called customer service for assistance. They were able to process the forms and I was able to rent the U-Haul.. I used it and returned the trailer the same day, probably 2-3 hours later, went into the store and talked to the guy behind the counter who said I was all set. Fast forward two days to today (5/8/2021) I was called by U-Haul telling me that the trailer was late for return, saying it was supposed to be returned yesterday (5/7/2021) and asked when I was going to return it. I told them that I returned it the same day I rented it and she said alright she will call the Berlin store to confirm. About 20 minutes later I received an email and text for returning the trailer and asking for a review.... There needs to be better communication between locations, more streamlined process for renting a simple piece of equipment, less hoops to jump through and finally more equipment available so people don't have to drive so far to rent things.Garrett S.

We we're charged more than the U-haul representative quoted us, by over fifty dollars. The equipment was full of trash and brambles, and I had to sweep it out myself when I arrived at the storage unit, before I could load my items. We were also charged for fuel, even though the equipment was returned with the required amount of gasoline, as informed by the store representative we received the equipment from.Bryan P.

There was no dolly, which I paid for. Also, only had the truck for 16 hours and paid for a day rental... had to rush to get it back and did the best I could. Was supposed to be back by 10 pm and I dropped it off at 1130.Roger G.

I do not want my drivers license image sent over the Internet. The risk of identity theft is to real and that is too much. I will not do that again and if that means not using uhaul so be it.Earl M.
The trailer was clean inside but the tires were in bad shape. One of the tires was bald and the other three were well below the recommended tire pressure of 65 psi (18, 34, and 42 psi). This rental place has the equipment to check pressure, etc. Otherwise the trailer was fine.Bethany S.

The second we stepped into the establishment no one greeted us or asked us if they could help us they were both face down in the computer screens. They both acted like it was a bother to help us with our reservation. The individual at the establishment was rude and had the classic take it or leave it attitude. We had ordered 2 dozen moving blankets with our reservation and when we asked about them when we arrived the individual stated "we haven't had them in months they never know what we have online when you order something". We had to drive 45 minutes to the next uhual center to pick them up!Edward I.

The truck was not there when I arrived,unacceptable!I had to rent a smaller truck which I did not want.If I your have a reservation it is your responsibility to make sure it is there. Then they did not have the appliance dolly available just the small one .Also there was only 1/4 tank of gas.Truck was not a good ride and could not go above 70.My overall experience was terrible and would not rent from again and would not recommend.Also drop off location was incorrect.Maureen R.
Appliance dollies are rarely available. The staff here was friendly and genuinely wanted to help me get a dolly. We found one at a rental place in town. I was not charged for the dolly (I don't think) but it added a stop and made my life less convenientDeryl M.

I thought some of the required reading was not applicable to the vehicle I drove. If possible, the instructions for manual transmission vehicles may be excluded from the reading when a automatic transmission vehicle is being used.SUZE F.

It was a little upsetting that the equipment I ordered wasn't available at rental. As a result I was unable to complete my move. I ordered an appliance dolly because I had several extremely heavy things to move and I only had myself and my wife to move them. I didn't order any helpers because I wouldn't have needed them if I had a dolly. Without the dolly my wife and I are both extremely sore and we weren't able to complete our task.
