We we're charged more than the U-haul representative quoted us, by over fifty dollars. The equipment was full of trash and brambles, and I had to sweep it out myself when I arrived at the storage unit, before I could load my items. We were also charged for fuel, even though the equipment was returned with the required amount of gasoline, as informed by the store representative we received the equipment from.

There was no dolly, which I paid for. Also, only had the truck for 16 hours and paid for a day rental... had to rush to get it back and did the best I could. Was supposed to be back by 10 pm and I dropped it off at 1130.

I do not want my drivers license image sent over the Internet. The risk of identity theft is to real and that is too much. I will not do that again and if that means not using uhaul so be it.

The trailer was clean inside but the tires were in bad shape. One of the tires was bald and the other three were well below the recommended tire pressure of 65 psi (18, 34, and 42 psi). This rental place has the equipment to check pressure, etc. Otherwise the trailer was fine.

The staff at Jericho made the process so easy and pain free. The staff were very pleasant and efficient to deal with. The pick up and drop off process was a breeze. The truck was well maintained and very clean when we picked it up.

The second we stepped into the establishment no one greeted us or asked us if they could help us they were both face down in the computer screens. They both acted like it was a bother to help us with our reservation. The individual at the establishment was rude and had the classic take it or leave it attitude. We had ordered 2 dozen moving blankets with our reservation and when we asked about them when we arrived the individual stated "we haven't had them in months they never know what we have online when you order something". We had to drive 45 minutes to the next uhual center to pick them up!

The truck was not there when I arrived,unacceptable!I had to rent a smaller truck which I did not want.If I your have a reservation it is your responsibility to make sure it is there. Then they did not have the appliance dolly available just the small one .Also there was only 1/4 tank of gas.Truck was not a good ride and could not go above 70.My overall experience was terrible and would not rent from again and would not recommend.Also drop off location was incorrect.

Appliance dollies are rarely available. The staff here was friendly and genuinely wanted to help me get a dolly. We found one at a rental place in town. I was not charged for the dolly (I don't think) but it added a stop and made my life less convenient

I thought some of the required reading was not applicable to the vehicle I drove. If possible, the instructions for manual transmission vehicles may be excluded from the reading when a automatic transmission vehicle is being used.

It was a little upsetting that the equipment I ordered wasn't available at rental. As a result I was unable to complete my move. I ordered an appliance dolly because I had several extremely heavy things to move and I only had myself and my wife to move them. I didn't order any helpers because I wouldn't have needed them if I had a dolly. Without the dolly my wife and I are both extremely sore and we weren't able to complete our task. It was very disappointing

It was my first time using a uhaul and he really didnt explain anything, hardly spoke at all. didnt know if i was supposed to follow him outside, didnt know how the ramp worked, didnt ask if i had any questions nothing etc...

The truck was what we needed and it got good gas mileage. Jericho Motorsports has good hours and was very helpful arranging this move for us. Their customer Rep was very helpful and courteous. I would go there again and recommend them to anyone looking for a UHaul.

when i got there to pick up truck i paid with debt card and asked if dolly was in truck and they said yes . when i got home and open door in back no dolly ,had to go back and get. it. when i brought truck back accidently locked keys inside and then the rentel place called the next day and said i would pay for every day the truck was locked and he then said he would not argue about it and hung up. they took the money out and it was pending 100 pluse then four days later took out 254. plus and i didnt have that amount in the bank. then talking inf to them they gave back 87 dollars out of 254. plus and it should have cost me only 111. plus and they said the rest was for locking they keys in the truck. and then i went to the bank and they still had 111. plus held for another five days . so in all they held 111.plusr for over a week and still took out 254. plus another time so in all they took and held over three hundred and fifty plus dollars, whey didnt they just add to the 111 they put on hold and add the extra for the locked keys. it would have been easyer for everybody instead of holding 111 pus for over a week and then taking another 254 pus they really screwed up my checking

I had to repair the left rear directional light on the trailer while in use. I t was failing and needed attention on during the rental period.
