Meghan H.The trailer directional lights did not work when it rained, I was very unhappy not having directional lights in city traffic in the rain! The rental people at Jericho sports were excellent. The trailer itself was clean and well maintained other than the lights.

derrek S.Vehicles exterior had numerous dents, scratches, check engine light on, etc. Vehicles interior also had dents, dings and was dirty on ceiling. Time for this vehicle to get a rehab. Jericho Outdoors is a great place and great customer service.

Joshua M.When someone books a reservation two to three weeks in advance make sure what the person books and reserves is there and do not cancel it and move it to a different time and date. And let the people know it is not happening... Oh and make sure that a uhaul rep calls to confirm like promised! Both times we recieved zero calls!

Joshua G.The trailer that I rented drew my battery down to 10%. After having my battery and charging system checked out, and the are good, it was determined to be the trailer. Hopefully you can find the problem and get it fixed, luckily I had my jump pack with me that day.

Trish & Ann were great !! I'm not a cell phone or computer geek but they worked it through for me. After about a half hour with them I had my truck !! Thanks so much for your on line - cell phone rental system.

Dean P.Why wasn't I asked to rate my experience from a week earlier. That one was disastrous. On July 13th I had to pick up the trailer an hour away in Littleton. The equipment was broken. Rear door stuck open. I wasted a day and a tank of gas. Couldn't reach a human being on the phone, seriously unnerving. Then no contact from U-Haul afterwards. I would return to the Jericho Outdoors location again. They were very helpful.

Stephen Y.Started on hold with the main U-Haul number two days in a row for a total of close to an hour with no answer.(5/6/2021) Called local U-Haul numbers and the only trailer available was in Berlin NH so I drove there to pick it up after speaking with the guy at the desk. Was at the location for close to an hour because of the hoops that need to be jumped through to rent a car dolly... The man behind the counter attempted to do the rental forms on the computer 3 times and each time it was rejected so he finally called customer service for assistance. They were able to process the forms and I was able to rent the U-Haul.. I used it and returned the trailer the same day, probably 2-3 hours later, went into the store and talked to the guy behind the counter who said I was all set. Fast forward two days to today (5/8/2021) I was called by U-Haul telling me that the trailer was late for return, saying it was supposed to be returned yesterday (5/7/2021) and asked when I was going to return it. I told them that I returned it the same day I rented it and she said alright she will call the Berlin store to confirm. About 20 minutes later I received an email and text for returning the trailer and asking for a review.... There needs to be better communication between locations, more streamlined process for renting a simple piece of equipment, less hoops to jump through and finally more equipment available so people don't have to drive so far to rent things.
