I reserved to pick up using the mobile app. But I was not able to do so without speaking with an agent to help. According to the app I was not at the location. I would suggest that updates are made to app to ensure a smooth Mobile app pick up.

Ingrid ADon't try to cheat people out of money for gas! Still waiting for a manager or someone to call me back regarding the money that was taken from my $100 deposit (which I still haven't received back) I am very dissatisfied with the service and want my full deposit back!

However the U-Haul App was horrible to navigate in addition the customer service on the phone was again horrible to deal with. I have been trying to reach U-Haul and I keep getting directed to the website which again is very hard to navigate. Once again I want to commend Jeff’s attic for all their attempts to help me thank you

Carl BI had an excellent experience due to the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The rental process was done quickly and efficiently and the staff made good recommendations. I highly recommend this location.
Kathleen BGetting the truck was overly complicated. There was no one to assist. The truck was frozen over and needed 20 min to thaw out once started.
Shawn WFront tire nylon hold downs on car carrier may need to be looked at starting to fray needed to be trimmed to get in ratchet
