Sally SDropped off at night and locked up the truck because we had pads and a dolly inside. They called the next day looking for the keys and were accommodating with my schedule to meet with them. Wonderful experience!
Sherri OJay's was fine - the problem was I had a reservation in Germantown, TN and they never called to confirm/schedule - I had to call. Then, when I called, they said "oh, we don't have anything within 50 miles of you." UGH - what kind of system allows a reservation THEN doesn't have a trailer???? That's just TERRIBLE.

TROY FMy original reservation location did not have my van. Went an hour away to pick up my van. When I got there my reservation was moved again. Thankfully they went ahead and got me in a truck.
ALDO RI had a 5 x 8 trailer rented from uhaul moving & storage of Collierville. They rented me a 5 x 8 then didn’t have it the day of the move. They sent me 45 minutes away to get a 6 x 12 that they knew my vehicle wouldn’t tow. Collierville uhaul lied. I had to rent a truck. The cost was over $500 more. The complaint department acts like it is my own fault for renting the truck. I will never use uhaul again. Horrible company

MICHAEL MVery nice and friendly service but the location on highway 64 in Bartlett the guy with glasses at the window was very very rude and unwilling to answer a question and when ask to explain he was very snippy and uncustomer service. But the Covington location was awesome. Thank you

Chris HUpon returning vehicle in Decatur al. Beltline office I was treated very poorly by Donald Collins. I was mislead about mileage usage, early return, and how I would be charged. I will not be using u-haul. Again nor would I recommend them to my worst foe!! My wife and I were lied to about the whole rental.

clarence hThe faciltiy is OK, but the location can be tough to get to, street at one end is a railroad tunnel with VERY LOW clearance, and not the only one in town of Covington or Brighton TN area, not their fault, but drivers to the area need to know how to get AROUND these hazards.
