I have rented multiple times from this location..Mr. Niedermeyer is extremely thoughtful and has great customer service I would recommend him and his location before any other locations in London or East Bernstasdt.

Philip RU-Haul app was not working. I was o. Hold for 45 mins. They put me on hold and it disconnected. Was on hold for another 45 mins. The whole return experience was a nightmare. .

Glenn NTruck had to be cleaned out, cab of truck was not clean and smelled of cigarettes, and we felt we were not informed about fuel charges in detail for when the truck is returned….just about the “credit”.

SCOTT OI called 3 times to drop the uhaul back off and they hung up on me all 3 times, so I just decided to go up there and had to wait about 30 minutes just to figure out where to go and when I finally did the service was very poor. I was super frustrated with them already after being hung up on and I tried to return it before they closed at 7pm. I do not recommend this place for anyone unless they just want a big headache. On the plus side
CHANDLER MThey offered excellent customer service and were super friendly. They were very helpful as well. Only thing is that the car dragged a little because the ramps were not fully extended. It did knock the driving light out of my daughter’s 2012 Sonata. However, we were in a hurry and the man was doing a great job trying to get us on our way.

DARREL HTake the uhaul's to another location. The truck was in the poorest shape. But was no choice but to use it. My mother had passed away 2 weeks at the time. Had to empty storages and get home to my other kids in Florida. I will be contacting the headquarters. Thank you for your time.

KENNETH MOn the check in would be great if it told me that we had to take photos to return it. I turned my key in and locked the van and luckily I took a picture of the dash already before I did the return.
Charles RUhaul is great. Their always there when I need a rental for any type of moving needs. And have even been upgraded several times they didn't have the truck I requested to a bigger one.. some times I rent a 28' just to drive around. Lol. Great price and good service.

We have already told people this is the place to rent from. Any others we have called trying to rent from always acted as if they were busy and didn't have time to spare. That is not the case with this one. They are awesome. He is ready to come in at anytime even after hours to make aure you are taken care of. We will not rent from any other dealer.
