Virgilio CThis will sound harsh because it is not really about the location but more about the app. The app is slow and at several points, I wished I had gone to an actual Uhaul location so I could interface with a person. At one point I clicked in the wrong place and had to start over. It was just awful. The location is fine but don't opt for using the app.

JOHN ZLocation was impossible to communicate with over phone. After picking up the truck, and heading up to our first stop I needed to get answers about tolls and type of gas to refill the tank but after trying to call the location more than 10 times, nobody answered. When I returned the truck I asked the owner about the communication problem and his answer was that the phone was “too far” for him to hear it and offered no apology or sympathy. He was perfectly content with his excuse. I was blown away by by the unprofessional and rude attitude. Never renting for there, ever.

JAVIER CThis location has a very convenient opening hours, also the U-haul trucks are clean , customer service "Excellent " and a fast paper work. I sincerely Recommend this location for your U-haul rentals.
IVON BPeople were fine and location convient. Truck had over 90k miles; stuff on dash either broken or missing; check engine light was on entire trip. Back and cab not swept out.

Alvaro PGeorge who rented me the truck was a great guy. The guy that I dealt with when I returned the truck wouldn’t inspect the truck and sign it in. He told me I had to come back at 3. I’m like really? What an idiot. I hope he didn’t charge extra miles. If he did I took a picture of the dashboard.

samuel rThe van broke down and I went through a horrible experience waiting for more than 3 hours. I called cistomer service and the technician was sent, but not solved the problem, and I had to go all the way back to the store to get another truck. I hope at least to receive a discount for the bad experience and the wait. I am waiting to be contacted for an apologize and resolution of my inquire.

JAVIER CNo gas in truck, lots of damage to truck, brakes not in great working condition, had trouble getting a receipt as they didn’t speak English to understand what I was requesting.
