The folks at J&J were so kind and caring. They answered all of our questions, being first time UHAUL renters, we had several. They took the time to show us anything important and make us feel safe about driving the BIG truck.
Jessica HInitially, I was supposed to pick up the trailer in Sikeston, MO. Due to some poor record-keeping at U-Haul, Sikeston did not have the trailer and I had to drive 20 miles away to Dexter to get my trailer. I went to Dexter to get my trailer at a mom-n-pop U-Haul outlet. Both "mom" and "pop" were super-nice elderly individuals. "Mom" was actually very knowledgeable. "Pop" needed an oxygen tank. While I consider myself pretty capable with trailers, "mom" gave me invaluable information regarding this auto transport trailer. "Mom" had me test my left and right turn signals. Unfortunately, she did not verify that left was left and right was right. Almost inconceivably, this trailer was wired backward. I did not discover this until my second day with it. Then, I was paranoid about every lane change as nearby vehicles would be confused about my moves.

Jessica PEverything from front to finish was very simple and very easy to do. I was very worried about this overall experience but when we got the uhaul. It was truly a worry free experience thanks to the rental place.

Donald ZInclusion of a tongue jack was needed. They would not allow the jack to be taken with the trailer which meant that we had to keep it hooked to our vehicle the entire 1-2 days that we had the rental, We were very limited on space and it would have been some much better to be able park the trailer to load then hook back up once loaded to haul rather than having to close the door and move the truck and trailer to let other vehicles out of the lot then move it back to continue packing.

jeanie hI was charging initial $100 because it was using a prepaid card however after returning it I got my statement back and it said that I was supposed to be giving back 17 something I still have not received that money

TIffany WThe online process should ask for the customer’s beginning and ending destination. If an in-town pickup is unavailable due to no availability, the customer should receive free additional miles based on where the pickup is done. I had to pay an additional 20 miles when I shouldn’t have if there had been a local truck available (my truck pickup was 21 miles from my beginning destination).

Christi CThe location was fine, the price was ridiculous. I needed to pull a trailer 150 miles and it cost right at $300. I couldn’t wait one day to save $115. I asked to drop the trailer that afternoon and they wouldn’t work with me. Felt taken advantage of with the predicament I was in. Stop taking advantage of people and their situation is the best way to improve from a customers viewpoint.
Paul CThe first trailer I was assigned had two bad tires that needed to be replaced. They would have never made the trip. After I pointed out the condition of the tires, I was given another trailer.

Kimberly BShe was extremely nice and helpful. We couldn't drop it off thru the 24/7 app cause it was so SCREWED up. We had to drop truck off when they were closed and because app wouldn't work I had to make another trip to town to take back keys and close out rental. Had to pay another $30 cause of mileage, but I had to drive extra miles to return the truck. Wasn't her fault she was great. It was uhauls fault because their app sucks.

lawrence wEverything went fine. The couple we rented the trailer from were very nice. They checked over the trailer, wiring to the tow vehicle and the attachment points. Before we dropped off the trailer, we even washed it. It was in very good condition..
Dan WHave rented from you four times in three years did notice a price jump of over 30 percent in the last 3 years not really happy with that increase. BUT service is about average
