In Berger ( drop off ) they charged me a cleaning fee even though the truck was exactly as I received it. Hillbilly's trying to get money. Do my best not to use again. You should check out this location, can you say inbread meth cooks? Not a good look for your company.
zeke kNot pick up a UHaul from this location. The "manager" was not on site, so we had to call him and then wait. It's a "bar, RV park, UHaul rental," and who knows what else; it was not clean, and I just got a weird vibe from the place and the "manager."
Dawn GEven when you pre-check in online you have to do everything all over again over the phonr when you get there. The guy wasnt at the location to be able to give us the blankets we requested.

terry bBeing in a rural area, Jam Hut does a fantastic job of taking care of their customers. The owner is flexible, knowledgeable and you may even get a song out of him while you wait (he plays in a band). I have a number of options on where to take my business but I know if I want it done right then I go here. Make sure to let your small owner/operators know that we appreciate what they do to take care of the business.
GARY WI filled the tank up to 1/2 a tank, just before dropping the truck off, yet I was charged for 2 gallons of gas. If there was actually someone at this location to check me out, this overcharge wouldn't have happened.

Brenda BThe reps worked hard to found my car dolly. I think it bad service in Cuba mo. Just a cross the street from them at 11:47am to be toll they could help me that they were closings AT12 OCOCK and they had the dolly had to go 50 miles to get one an come to Cuba to get my car
Richard Jowner was flexible and accomadating. Made sure I had exactly what i needed. Met with me after hours christmas eve. That's what i call dedication and great service

Erica BI have a customer complaint file open and I'm supposed to be getting a call from someone to settle up what they are going to do about dropping the ball and me having to run 75 miles out of my way to pick up two trucks I reserved them when I got to the place no one was there. I found out today that without settling my complaint they just went ahead and billed me. I'm still waiting on this phone call

Thomas SWe assumed the trailer would have been ready to go at our scheduled pickup time. The floor was dirty and a tire was low. We just think that stuff should have been taken care of prior to our arrival. That was our expectation when we filled out all of the paperwork online in advance. With the rental fee charged, that should not have been an unreasonable expectation.

David LCould not check in using online check in via Uhaul app, despite 4 different Uhaul employees assisting. So could not get truck early until Jam Hut opened. Jam Hut opens at 10 AM. And employee "Louis" told us he did not open until 10 that morning. However he did not arrive until 1047.
Stephanie HCan't answer the above questions regarding drop off as they Weren't open according to UHaul. We called UHaul number to let them know and the kind lady from UHaul assisted us. However, We were supposed to be called with amount of extra $$$ as we had a xtra miles before it was charged but still have not received that phone call. Very disappointed in that! Can NOT PROPERLY answer the questions on Rental Drop Off as they weren't open and we were EARLY. It did look like all was clean from the outside. And, Convenient location.

John OAfter dealing with the proprietor of this particular uhaul, I have to say that Uhaul corporate needs to get their act together and help their franchisees. The poor guy tried to do the paperwork on his laptop and it put out a number that was 2&1/2 times the amount I was quoted on my phone. He told me that he had lost several customers in the short time he had been a dealer because of that, and the customer service line wouldn't do anything to help him with it. Poorly played Uhaul, poorly played.
Frank PStill won't recommend uhaul nor use service again. Overcharging me by $20.00 and then back had a leak and all my things got drenched due to rain. Truck had issues changing gears. Not satisfied at all.
Kyla TAll was great, except the AC in the truck was not operating correctly. It was blowing thru the defroster more then the dash vents. All settings was correct for the dash vents to be working, it would switch to defroster on it's own
