The extra equipment I orderd was not in the truck. The online process took way to long and when I tried to call Uhaul it was a 40 minute wait. The whole process took way to longErica B.
I have a customer complaint file open and I'm supposed to be getting a call from someone to settle up what they are going to do about dropping the ball and me having to run 75 miles out of my way to pick up two trucks I reserved them when I got to the place no one was there. I found out today that without settling my complaint they just went ahead and billed me. I'm still waiting on this phone callDustin S.

We assumed the trailer would have been ready to go at our scheduled pickup time. The floor was dirty and a tire was low. We just think that stuff should have been taken care of prior to our arrival. That was our expectation when we filled out all of the paperwork online in advance. With the rental fee charged, that should not have been an unreasonable expectation.Daniel P.

Could not check in using online check in via Uhaul app, despite 4 different Uhaul employees assisting. So could not get truck early until Jam Hut opened. Jam Hut opens at 10 AM. And employee â€œLouisâ€ told us he did not open until 10 that morning. However he did not arrive until 1047.Stephanie H.

Can't answer the above questions regarding drop off as they Weren't open according to UHaul. We called UHaul number to let them know and the kind lady from UHaul assisted us. However, We were supposed to be called with amount of extra $$$ as we had a xtra miles before it was charged but still have not received that phone call. Very disappointed in that! Can NOT PROPERLY answer the questions on Rental Drop Off as they weren't open and we were EARLY. It did look like all was clean from the outside. And, Convenient location.Ruth M.

After dealing with the proprietor of this particular uhaul, I have to say that Uhaul corporate needs to get their act together and help their franchisees. The poor guy tried to do the paperwork on his laptop and it put out a number that was 2&1/2 times the amount I was quoted on my phone. He told me that he had lost several customers in the short time he had been a dealer because of that, and the customer service line wouldn't do anything to help him with it. Poorly played Uhaul, poorly played.Frank P.
Still won't recommend uhaul nor use service again. Overcharging me by $20.00 and then back had a leak and all my things got drenched due to rain. Truck had issues changing gears. Not satisfied at all.Kyla T.
All was great, except the AC in the truck was not operating correctly. It was blowing thru the defroster more then the dash vents. All settings was correct for the dash vents to be working, it would switch to defroster on it's ownJeff C.
