The vehicle should be completely clean For rental pick up. This includes no dirt in the cargo space or on the front seats and dash should be wiped off. If it shines you feel good about it if it's dirty and dusty you feel as if they don't care a whole lot. My card was charged for accident insurance which I called and told them I did not want it they said it would be removed upon the completion of the rental. I was also charged an extra day after returning it 15 minutes after the time. The original rep that I talk to said it was no problem returning it a couple hours after the 116 return time hopefully U-Haul returns these charges I've never had a problem with one of their full-service locations.

Chad L.I received a call the day before my rental that I made a month earlier, that a truck wouldn't be available. I hard to go to a different location, much farther away to get a truck. I lost money as my movers had to sit around while I traveled the extra distance. Your transportation department continues to over schedule without regard to your customers

CHARLENE F.make sure the pick up location has dolly's and the equipment works properly- I had a 20" truck the seat belt would not latch correctly and had the pleasure of listening to the seat belt alarm for 2 hour drive.
JOHN D.This was beyond a doubt the worst UHaul rental experience ever, and I have rented 4 UHauls this year alone. Customer service puts you on hold for over an hour, and if you press the key to allow them to call you back when you are first in the queue, they call you back and then disconnect. It happened to me TWICE. There are two UHaul locations within 2 miles of me, but I was assigned to one 15 miles away, and then when I was driving there to pick it up, they called me and sent me to a different location. When I got there, there was a problem with my "rental record" and the app would not give me the option to self check out. I had to call customer service, wait an hour, and then be hung up on. AGAIN. I was literally across the street from a Penske location and will be taking my business there next time.
mary beth R.Jake's haggle hut was amazing. However, Uhaul advertises soft ride for the truck. And after having everything secured properly, almost all of the furniture was damaged in some way.
LUKE T.Please make sure that when booking- you do not offer the dolly's and additional items that are not available at this pick up site. This is not the fault of Jake's haggle hut, it is on the part of Uhaul for offering items not available at that pickup location

He did everything possible to accommodate to my move as my first choice location was unable to supply my move. Whoever trained him needs to supply him with additional moving supplies as he did not have the additional items I requested.
