The Uhaul I received was filthy And smelled horrible. I took photos to document it, then I was charged a cleaning fee. I called and discussed this with the sales woman who rented me the Uhaul, I was told she would confirm with the manager if the truck was dirty when I received it. It was dirty I have photos that show a time of 20 minutes after I rented the truck to prove that it was dirty when I received it.MELISSA F.

Equipment was clean and sanitized and had a full tank but the alignment on the truck was absolutely terrible. It was difficult to keep straight on the road especially for someone not used to driving a slightly larger vehicle. Other than that it was fine.Tristen R.

The truck was not driving normal I made the complaint and was still charged after explaining my issues. I did not have the truck for 10 minutes and started experiencing issues. I advised I was bringing the truck back immediately but no help from anyone. This was the worst experience I've ever had with uhal ever.Ebony P.

I don't like leaving negative reviews but I was charged $14.00 for two utility dollies I never received. Office wasn't open and even after I submitted a dispute I was still charged. I want to be refunded $14.00 for the dollies. Another customer that arrived at the same time as me had the same issue.Noble S.

The system used to make your transactions on as well as the computer system needs to be checked. My card was charged 2 separate charges then the funds were released 2 days later and the funds that were put on hold shouldn't have been put on hold due to my paperwork stating a different amount. Again, I was told to drop off the vehicle at this location, and when I arrived, I was told it needed to be dropped off somewhere else. Again this is called "Bait and Switch". The woman there was nice enough to let me leave it there. Uhaul does not have the customer in mind in my opinion, by making the pickup and drop-off location easier for you and not me. Make sure all vehicles you rent, because they are handle by so many different idea minded people, are fully mechanically service, like front end alignment, high speed wheel balancing, and tested before renting out. It is best to have to turn someone down for not having the right size they want than take a chance in them having an accident and someone can seriously become injured or death. Think about your families and friends lives... IT IS ENOUGH DEALING WITH THIS PANDEMIC LET US NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH SOMETHING WE HAVE CONTROL OF.
