Truck needed an oil change and rates were too high

Thanks so much, the move went great!
We scheduled well in advance for Angleton pickup where we were moving from. Three days prior, told had to go to Clute. ONE DAY prior told go to Rosenberg. I asked why not Bay City,,it is closer, so that is where we picked it up. Truck clean but Dolly was dirty.
The service at this location (Jackson Services) was excellent. However, at first, I had re reservation at the site off of Highway 60. The gentleman there was very rude, so I switched to Jackson's service. I feel he needs better training in how to deal with customs respectfully.
Place was very unorganized and crowded with people. No attempt for social distancing. They were having trouble with UHaul software and took way to long to pick up trailer. Trailer was clean and had no problems.
There wasn't an issue with this location.
Checked in online no one there. Was still charged extra for dropping off late even after all the trouble we had. Not happy with trailer or condition or hassle!
Make sure the truck don't mess like pee in the cab. It was the worst 7 hour drive I've ever had to make.
customer service was excellent and very efficient. will use again if in the area.
Fix your computer software. It took 45 minutes to get the reservation completed.
Friendly people, they did all the hook up while I sat in my truck.
My last unit to Bay City, TX had a faulty door, it soaked all my belongings up to a $30 cleaning bill, that rate was $49 + insurance $40 this time same direction back, same type of unit, it was $75 + $40. What the hell, what a scam!
Only quarter tank of gas and truck dirty
Dropped off key in key slot, there was no problem. Move was great.
Was not mentioned that 1 month free storage was available upon arrival to destination.

The attendant was very helpful and cared about my needs.
The personnel was very friendly and did everything to accommodate my needs. Will definitely come back to this place.
My truck lease was till 9am in the morning, and I work 7 am to 4pm. The the lady at Jackson Services was very nice and helpful and said that I could drop off the truck any time during the day before closing time. I am definitely pleased with the Uhaul's customer centricity.
I was not able to drop off the truck at the location originally assigned because they were closed and your system would not acknowledge the drop off location through my phone. I had to call customer service to get re-routed to another location. It took over an hour to get the truck returned because of your system. There needs to be a better way!!!!!
I was charged $23 and some change for fuel when it was brought back with the exact same amount of fuel as when I picked it up. We made sure we put fuel back in to match 3/4 of a tank. Very disappointed in this!!!!

This location didn't carry packing paper. I'm not sure if it's needed to because the town is small. I'm from a large city and I guess I'm use to u-haul dealers carrying packing paper. This was not a problem but I thought I needed it at the time.
Very friendly and there was a small balance even though we paid on line but Carolyn explained it to us and it was not an issue.
I have dealt with Jackson Services several times after moving to Bay City a couple of years ago and everyone that works there is very friendly and they are a pleasure to deal with!!!!
the only detriment thayvday was the weather.

Two big dogs run the place. My wife had to stay in the truck. LOL!
The personnel were not reliable. When I tried to make an appointment time that was not preferable for them, they said “that's fine, just come by and see if someone is around.†I shouldn't have to hope that someone is going to be around if I make an appointment. I ended up making the appointment an hour earlier to try to accommodate them and they were still 2 hours late in being present at the office so we could pick up the trailer. On top of that, they had no padded blankets to rent to protect the furniture I was moving. Will avoid this location in the future.
This place was really quick and easy to work with and the dogs are so friendly!
As I was leaving town found out that the licence plate light was not working. It was really late at night so my son replaced the bulb for me.
The process was fine. I was very disappointed that they sent me on a 50 mile round trip just to pick up the truck. It ate up a good chunk of my time and forced me to spend unnecessary additional money on gas!
Location was closed when I delivered the truck back on 7/22
I do not understand why I am being charged extra after my move. I was only supposed to be charged $.40 per mile over 230 miles. I only went over 230 miles by 17 miles and now I am being charged an additional 89 dollars. What a ripoff. I will not be using u haul again. You have lost a customer for life.
There are 3 dogs in the property, I was scary for a moment.
The front woman was INCREDIBLY RUDE. I was asking to make sure if I was in the right location and she was so rude and repeatedly made my questions feel stupid. She had no customer service experience you could tell. The facility was disgusting with dust, dirt, multiple dogs that are sick due to bad conditions, just nasty. I would absolutely NEVER go to this facility again.

The lady who helped me here was very helpful and answered every question. She was patient and kind. Great location.
Make sure the employee is well trained and knowledgeable about how uhaul sales work .

I reserved a 20 ft truck that was not there when i went to pick it up. My reservation was not there. He did have a 15 ft that someone canceled and gave us that one.
move the location....no place to park. parking area full of cars and trucks parked every which of way
