You need to disclose to the customer verbally about the up charge for the insurance... If someone is expecting the price that you advertise.And then they get their credit card statement and figure out it's more , that's not a very good To do business

Tim RI could not get the photo of the dashboard to upload and therefore could not complete the rental. I called in and had it noted that I had returned and what the mileage was. This was the only problem that I had and it was simple.
Judy CWe returned our uhaul after hours and followed return instructions from website. The instructions said keys need dropped in lock box, however, no lock box could be located. We couldn't get anyone on the phone for further instructions so we had to choose between leaving the keys in a brand new 26 ft truck, next to a semi truck stop, or taking the keys with us till they opened the next morning. This was extremely frustrating and clearly we did not want to take a chance of it being stolen. We were told the next morning we should've left the keys in the truck unlocked.
Dalton Ci had issues connecting to the web site to self-return trailer so I just put a copy of paperwork in the mail slot, and they handled it for me... thank you.

Penny EI had reserved the moving truck online in order in order to speed up my moving process. When I arrived the truck was outside, but the truck had no oil in it. I had to go across the street and buy 2 quarts of oil and wait for the dealer to put it in. I was 30 minutes behind.

JERRY AJack tried to charge me again after I had already paid online. Didn't believe me, even while showing him the receipt. He tried to run my card anyway. However, my biggest complaint lies with U-haul. I would love for an upper level u-haul representative to contact me regarding this rental. This was one of the worst moving experiences I've ever had. I would love to explain my frustrations to someone who gives a damn about this company, because if these things can't be resolved there's no way customers will keep coming back. I'd be willing to talk to any person of tenure, but if the CEO ever gets to read this, please ask them to give me a call.
