Personnel greeted me as soon as I entered the lot. He was very cordial and helpful. The return was quick and uneventful. I would certainly recommend this return site.

SCOTT NI think it was the owner of the store that assisted me with my transaction. He was very friendly and helpful. The area was easy to get in and out of and everything was easily accessible. It is also super convenient that the pickup/drop off location is a gas station so you can fill up with gas right there when you are dropping off. 10/10 would rent from this location again.

Sarah BI am very disappointed using Uhaul this trip. I had to travel nearly an hour out of my way to pickup the truck. I rented a appliance dolly and I did not get one. it took me almost 2 hours to get home from where I had to travel to and then back to my house in Hartselle. Then upon returning the truck here in North Carolina I was charged an additional $63. Uhaul said I went over my milage by 58 miles. That would not have happened if they had me pickup the truck in Huntsville closer to where I worked. Uhaul dropped the ball on this rental.

JENNIFER SClerk was very helpful but there were several things done wrong with this rental that he took me about. 1) The truck I was assigned at Rental Pick Up Location was not supposed to be used for drop off at his location, it should had just be used for In-Town rental where it was dropped off at the same pick up location. 2) He said I went over my mileage allowance, which should not had happened since U-haul told me when I talked with them on 12/18 (the recording from that conversation was record by U-Haul) that they would add 100 miles to my rental contact because I had to pick up the truck I needed in North Wilkesboro, NC instead of the Boone, NC location I choose when I booked this rental on 11/30. Clerk at drop off location had to call his manager and was able to remove my mileage overage charge but it still took me about 30 minutes to get that resolved.

GARY WInquired about returning the truck to a closer location to save on mileage. Was told that I would be charged $6,000 for not returning the truck. I was trying to save $55. Retailer was very rude.
MINDI TThe equipment was in good shape and the proprietor was very friendly and helpful. The store was easy to get to and very easy to get in and out of the property. One small thing is that the windshield could have been cleaned.
