I rented a uhaul from this gentleman and he was delayed in arriving to begin with but I was able to get the truck. I ended up needing it longer and called to extend it each day necessary. Then on the day I finally got storage lined out and I was ready to unload a tow truck pulled up in front of me stating that it was past due. I called the location I rented it from and he acted confused. Come to find out he never extended it and I had the uhaul and all of my belongings towed away. I called trying to find out about my stuff and see when me and the movers were supposed to come unload it only to be told no one knows where it is when I finally reached someone after days of attempts. And apparently they had been contacting my elderly mom instead of me who the account and truck were rented under. Now I've received an insane bill and still don't know where my entire house of belongings are.

It's not the locations fault. When I called U-Haul they had me going to the first dealer to pick it up in the morning. They called me the day before and change the pick up to another location. When I got to the second location they did not have my truck and said they could not do anything about it and I was told to go to another location. At the third location now he said he could only rent it to me for 24 hours and originally I had it scheduled for 2 to 3 days now picking up the truck eight hours later than I thought screwed up my whole loading procedure the people that I hired to do it could no longer do the job and I am 65 years old and me and the wife had to stay up all night loading this truck trying to get it back on time so renting a truck from U-Haul fell short of a good experience again. In the future I will probably try to find another company they can have the equipment when they say they will have it

There was no official office. The website stated the office would be open until 8pm for customer assistance. When the customer service representative finally showed up he didn't help. He was annoyed that he even had to come up there.

The ignition wasn't working and know I've got this bill for 109 because I had to take it to drop off somewhere else, I also got a charge for not filling the tank in which I wasn't told to fill it since I was instructed to drop it off about twenty miles away.

The inside and outside of the uhaul was muddy and dirty. I had to clean and sanitize the uhaul myself. I would not recommend uhaul to any of my co-workers or colleagues. I first had the uhaul reserved to be up my phone. The agents on the chat kept saying that they couldn't verify me and ended the chat. I requested a chat four times and they kept sending the chat before I could ask how to proceed with getting the truck. After an hour of trying to get assistance, I went to a uhaul location and the representative in the location called her ASM to resolve the issue. Mr. Mike reserved me a truck with no problem. After finally getting on the road the uhaul truck had a blowout and had me and my kids stuck on the side of the interstate for almost an hour. This is worst service I have ever received from uhaul.

I am showing a double charge on contract #21720722 in the amounts of 169.35 and 174.15 - I have a receipts for 174.15 - I ran this on an account that I plan on closing soon with limit balance in it, so now I have overdraft charges because of the double billing.

The truck was in great shape, the guy was very nice and helped me out. I was not told that I had to get on the app to check the truck in if he was not in the office. I turned the truck in an hour ahead of time, but no one was in the office so I dropped the keys off in the lock box. Then I get a text saying I had to use the app while at the location. I was an hour away from the rental location. Talked to customer service, and they noted my account, but I don't like having to use an app to turn in a truck.

Awesome experience, Frankie stayed late to get me a van. The van was brand new and in excellent condition. When i returned the van Frankie came out inspected the van and got back to me via email, immediately! Highly recommend this location. Briton Donohue

JAC Services 51 was excellent and helped us when Christoph Transport decided our reserving a truck wasn't important and let someone else take it the morning we were supposed to pick it up. Thank goodness for JAC Services. They had what we needed.
