Marcos BThis location was in a very old and ghetto type part of town. I was very very grateful that the sun had not yet set when I dropped it off. Definitely not safe work clean a lot of homeless people, and very old buildings, etc.
CANDY RCustomer service was great. Rental was completed quickly with no issues. My only complaint is that the trailer wasn't clean. It was covered in mud from a previous customer, and it dropped dried mud all over my driveway when I backed it in.

RICHARD OIt’s not the dealer’s fault, but the right hand side (drivers side) had a very noticeable vibration when I left the dealer. Anticipating that the vibration would subside or go away when loaded, I went home to load up. Unfortunately it got worse to a point that it shook my tow vehicle vigorously during my 30 mile trip. I reported the issue to the dealer upon my return.
Greg PIt was hard to understand how to enter, where to park, location is small, I am from out of town so this was my first time there. The man who checked me in was very polite, helpful, attentive and seemed very busy.

We were also charged by the mile for returning it over the fuel limit on a one way rental. Didn't take into consideration having to drive to a further location to pick up a rental the size we needed for the time we needed. Also didn't inform us of any charges wed incur. Terrible non transparent location.
