Patricia WUnfortunately they were closed when I dropped off the truck but there was plenty of parking for the truck. Only note I would give is they should put a sign up showing where the keys are to be dropped. All there was was a mail slot.
Lawrence GEasy, quick, simple drop off. Would definitely use again for pick up or drop off.
David Rit was very easy to schedule and pick up the truck.
Margie BFloor on driver side was covered with sand and dirt. The turn signal lights did not work on the rear end. The break lights did not work.

Todd DWas informed by drop off location trailer never should have been on the road due to lack of maintenance of old out of date parts including locking mechanism for hitch ball lock along with the wrong chain set up. First u haul expierence for renting equipment. Overall Latrobe location was very pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with while Delaware location was very sub par

Timothy IUsed the 24/7 App option and was able to pick up my rental before 6:30AM. This was a major win as I was able to get a jump on my day and accomplish more than I had planned too.
Frank DMy Uhaul experience with the vendor side has always been great. My problem is with the online side of Uhaul. The online side is constantly changing the pickup side of things, most likely using it's AI routing and not considering how that affects me. This last rental I had to go to my original rental location to pickup furniture pads, then drive further away to pickup the 26' truck. The location of the truck not only extended the miles I drove the truck, but also had me returning the truck to a location on a two way traffic road that is bumper to bumper traffic that moves about 5 mph coming from a Beach Resort on a Sunday afternoon! The only thing that has me looking for other options for my rental needs is the Uhaul online part!!!

Robert WThere was no guidance at all from the location or from UHaul about where the keys were located. Three cars were lined up in the parking lot trying to figure it out. Ultimately, we learned that we needed a code to open the back of the truck to find the keys! Would have been great to know that ahead of time. VERY POOR INSTRUCTIONS. Also, since the location was closed, there was no easy way to verify my identity using my phone. I don't generally carry two forms of ID and NO ONE MENTIONED THAT WHEN I CONFIRMED THE RESERVATION THE DAY BEFORE. WTF people. Also, the van was filthy and the gas guage indicated 5/8ths tank, NOT 3/4ths. I was charged for 2 additional gallons of gas! Really?!?

ED WThe drip off garage at the other end was also very helpful and pleasant. Uhaul want their primary business, but I couldn't have asked for better service. They were very friendly.

The person was friendly enough. I also had to drive over 23 miles to return to this location which was not convenient

DAVID FI've always rented from this U-Haul place. Service is excellent they're very helping. But this time I rented it was terrible, did not have Harley any gas. And it needs to be maintenance the truck bounced cut off on me many times the steering wheel is loose I hit the brakes it still kept going. I was scared for my life but I took it very carefully. And accomplish what I had to do. But that truck that I specifically rented definitely needs work. I put $25 of gas in it and returned it with the same gas it with a little bit more gas than what I had.

Roger LI reserved a trailer to be dropped off in Frankford DE. The following day, I received an email from U-Haul stating "per our conversation" the drop off location was moved. There was no prior conversation. I called u haul and was told the new drop off was my only drop off option. The distance would prove impossible for me the drop off the trailer on Friday so they extended the rental through Saturday. As I'm in route to return the trailer on Saturday prior to the designated time, I receive a phone call from someone at U-Haul asking why the trailer had not been returned. I told them the above story and they kept questioning me. I have written documentation of the change to Saturday so having to argue with the U-haul representative was very disturbing. I rented a trailer from you three weeks ago and when I arrived my reserved trailer had been rented by a walk in customer. I ended up with the very large trailer which I did not need. After packing and leaving the lights were not working so I had to contact u-haul after the police stopped me and then had to wait 6 hours with two different uhaul contractors trying to determine the problem. Not feeling great about these rentals. Thanks for asking.

MARCOS BNothing with this location, they are great it just sucks that I did a pay per mile instead of a one way because the one way was 1800.00 and the pay per mile cost 985.00. That's pretty absurd if you ask me
Arthur SIts not the location I have a problem with - it is the dispatch. I reserved a 20-foot van to pick up at Millville many weeks in advance. Dispatch called the day of and said I could have a 20-foot but I'd have to pick it up MUCH FURTHER AWAY. I could not get there so they gave me a 26-foot truck (same price). It was TOO BIG for the job and a real pain. Also, I had reserved blankets; they had none. You gotta do better at delivering what the reservation says.

Robert FOvercharged me for gas - I filled up beyond the required amount and they charged me for an additional 2 gallons above that.
