Houston VReturn is cumbersome through the app. Did not like but then customer service reopened and they processed me in in about 2 mins.

Joseph WThings went well for us despite the last minute (on the day, at pick-up) change to use a different, larger vehicle (previous user had not yet returned the smaller vehicle we'd booked). Thanks for the nimble thinking and to corporate culture for supporting the worker to do that (hint, hint). Excellent customer service! Truth to tell, the vehicle wasn't pristine. The survey question on this doesn't leave any room for details. But it was as tidy as we needed it to be for our task. We have great confidence in Laura who is a superb asset both to this corporation and to local folk.

William WEverything went well. My only issue was when I returned the vehicle I was unable to get my phones location to confirm delivery. I am not happy about potentially having to pay the extra 20 dollars. The lady at the facility is super nice and helpful!

Peter PThe van was not clean. The outside was dirty. The back was not swept out. And the cab had items left by the previous renter. I was hoping for a discount on my bill when I pointed it out, but was not offered one. I should have insisted on it. Otherwise, the staff and location was excellent.

Cynthia PI have an account with Uhaul and rent very often. Even with reserving a truck, with my log-ins, the on-line check in process takes on average 20 minutes, the system constantly freezes and is cumbersome. It seems ridiculous to enter in all of the driver's license information each and every time, what's the point of having an account with you? You have no problem keeping my credit card information stored, why is this different? The location and employees are great.
Caralee BImprovements would be: Full tank of gas on pickup or correct amount of fuel recorded on checkout papers, proper amount of air in tires, windshield wipers that are not worn out, and a clean interior.

Barry CUhaul express checkout is a joke. I spent 50 minutes trying to get the keys via mobile. Called 2 different uhaul numbers for assistance, no one could help. I had to wait until the location opened to finish checking out. I have been renting from this location often for 6 years and it keeps getting more difficult and frustrating! The location itself is great.

She anticipated that I might have difficulty with the U-Haul mobile check-out and made sure that I knew that she would be available to help me after-hours, if needed. I did have trouble and Laura did help me. I so appreciated her extra concern to ensure that I had an easy and pleasurable rental experience. Kudos to Laura for her good work!

John HI wouldn't call the vehicle clean on the outside, but it was certainly acceptable. The people were very pleasant and efficient and everything was available when we needed it.
Susan PI tried the mobile app pickup process. A good idea but it needs work. Process to arrange it is cumbersome. At the pickup location the app would not recognize my password. The Chat to assist was way too long. The staff at the pickup location arrived and quickly processed me through for rental. People are always better!

David RMaybe not have truck reek of cigarette smoke. Maybe not have a filthy windshield with no windshield wiper fluid. Maybe rent the truck with a full tank of gas instead of making the renter try to match the partially full tank before returning truck.

Peter DU-Hail needs to be resurrected. Customer service okay at this branch. But it's only because of 1 woman! There's also a zero-computer friendly component in your software! And though you AdVeRtiZe $19.95; it's a joke! You are heavy hitters with the taxes and mileage fees! THAT'S where you're making your money and your advertising is extremely deceptive to that factor!
