A little better maintenance would be nice.

Ron DThe service was very slow. The person who served me when I reserved the truck was the only one who knew how to do the rental and left for the weekend. When I went to pick up the truck, I had to practically start the whole process over again on the phone with that same person. I had a time line and was very frustrated by the delay. There should be a better way to do this.

Allan DI called about an alternate drop off other than Iroquois and was told the additional charge would be MORE THAN $4000!!!! Is this correct? That seems outrageous! I dropped the truck and car dolly a day early.

Dodi BI arranged to drop my truck/trailer off here, which they had no record of and were expecting me to drop off at another location 15 mins away. Thankfully the owner/operator was able to sort it out and was very helpful. As it stands, I'm in no hurry to rent from U-haul again as the whole experience was quite unpleasant from start to finish.
