Staff was rude, They were too lazy to inspect the vehicle or get the mileage and asked us to do it. So we went out got the mileage FOR THEM. Staff then tell us “they don’t work for U-Haul” I’ll bet they get paid from U-Haul though. Never there again

Scott GI called to confirm thr return and final charges. She stated we weren't soopssed to have left the truck at there lo action but another. I told her this is where I was told we could drop it off. Things could have been more informed of the clerk.

JOYCE AI tried to reserve online. The website gave me the option to reserve a truck. But the truck was not available. When the agent called, they wanted me to pick up in Lynnwood for a move in Marysville, that was 3 miles from where I was reserving. Wanting me to pick up 26 miles away and pay ($98+taxes and fees.) mileage both ways. I tried asking surely there was somewhere closer to Marysville, that was why I tried to reserve in Marysville. The phone agent said do you want a truck or not. I cancelled that reservation. Went into a store in Marysville, reserved a truck. Received another call to pick up somewhere else. Why would the store tell me they have a truck, then your agent call and say they don't... very frustrating
Margaret CThe location did nothing to check or prepare the truck. They did not offer a dolly that was on our reservation but that was more of a uhaul issue with sending me there
harry dWe were charged for gas when we left the U-Haul with more gas than when we got it. Check-in process was lengthy.
Robert MIt should not cost $159 for a $29 basic rental, only using in town for around 4 hours. Silvana to Marysville, back to Silvana and dropping truck off at Iron. You are gauging by the mileage and I will hire someone to come get my junk, rather than use your trucks. Candy was really nice and understanding.
