The truck is the right size for what I needed. It was convenient to rent. Emma was very helpful in getting me into the truck. It was a very good experience.

Douglas JInterstate did great but it was lousy experience with how U-haul handled my rental. I had reserved a 17 ft truck but failed to inform me the truck was in the shop even allowing me to checkin online without telling me. Since I had already reserved movers at 1pm I had to settle for a smaller truck with no blankets or other equipment to protect my furniture (which got scratched up despite the movers best efforts). I am thankful Interstate was available and worked efficiently with me on getting the truck and I do recommend them but I will be actively discouraging any one from using UHaul in the future.

roger lI felt so frustrated and mistreated by interstate storage of Lakeville, When I rented U-Haul truck there’s customer service representatives cheating me. For 10’ truck instead of $ 27.99 she took $46 from my card. A good name is tone chosen rather than great wealth,good favor more than silver or gold. Specially in this crazy time!!! (Covid 19 )
